Comment/Review:
As much as I love Phoenix, Rachel and I never hit it off. But you have done a nice representation. The only thing I would have suggested that this looks very much like Jean Grey and not Rachel. Rachel has extremely short hair, spikes, and looks like the hounds used in Days of Future Past. If you look in the Ultimate guide, you can get a fair representation of what she looks like. Otherwise, your drawing looks wonderful.
