Waiting for the Touch by Mz D

This is a drawing I inked and scanned into my computer, coloured with Adobe Photoshop. I was inspired by a fanfiction about Vegeta teasing Bulma by holding back his touch. I hope that comes across in this picture. Personally I think Vegeta has a very dirty smile on his face. |
