I still don't own Cowboy Bebop, because Bandai/Sunrise do, nor do I own the song "Out of Time" because The Rolling Stones do. I'm just borrowing their various ideas and making them really depressing (seriously, this one makes me want to cry...and I wrote it =O.o=).
Really, I don't see the ending as being quite this dark, but this got stuck in my head, so I wrote it anyway. =;_;=
