Ahh, the Gamer's ultamite Solution. ::takes out two eight sided dice,
and puts one number to each character:: Now, the moment of fate.....
::rolls......looks at the number, and gives it a quizical look::
Alrighty then..... Since the RPing gods deeemed it, this is our
starting character for the day, so this fic does not become a just TK
fic. ^_^ Anyway, usual thanks to people, and disclaimer, I do not own
anything Digimon, else I would be correcting alot of fub ups they did
in dubbing, and other things. Anyway, enjoy the fic!!!!

~Chapter 4~

Destiny awaits again.

The wilderness settled around the area, small digimon noises common
floating in the air. Control spires, tall black obalisks, dotted the
land around the forest, casting an errie shadow over the landscape.
The northern wind blew softly through the branches of pine trees,
floating to the young woman, as she layed against the truck of the
tree. The breeze brushed her cheek, waking her up, as she looked
around the clearing, remembering where she was.

She glanced at the makeshift camp around her, as she shifted herself
in her seat. Her arms were tied up behind her, as were her ankles, to
keep her from escaping her captors. She shook her head a little,
trying to shake the cobwebs out of her mind, trying to remember what
happened. She heard footsteps, looking up to see a male figure,
standing in a blue trenchcoat like jacket, two large boots, and a blue
hat, that was taller then normal. The coller of the jacket was high
enough, the she could only see his one golden eye, watching her. She
knew he had pointed teeth in his mouth, but from this angle, she
couldn't even see them. It took a minute, before a name was placed to
the face, although she was having trouble remembering much else right
now. Mummymon.

He reached down, picking her up, in his arms. She didn't understand
why he was nice to her, since she was their captive. Everytime she had
to be moved, he was always gentle. For some reason, this startled her,
but not actually shocking her about it. He set her in the backseat of
a yellow jeep, before turning away. She looked up, wondering what he
was looking at. Walking towards them, was a woman, wearing a red
dress, with a matching hat that hat white stripes around the tall top.
She wore a pair of grey gloves, with spider web designs on them, and a
pair of matching shoes. She walked over to Mummymon, glaring at him
from behind her sunglasses.

"Is everything ready to go?" She crossed her arm underneath her
breasts, waiting impatiently for his reply.

"Yes, my sweet. Our prisoner is packed, and I have the perfect sight
for your plan." He chuckled darkly, as he opened the jeep door for her
to enter. "And for after, I found a wonderful place for a romantic
candle light dinner, for just the two of us."

She sat, slamming the door shut. "Well, it's too bad, I have plans.
Now get in and drive."

"Yes, pumpkin!" He quickly jumped in the driver's seat, driving at an
insane speed.

As he drove through the forest, the young girl looked at them both,
feeling like she might fly out of the vehicle at any second, from the
digimon's bad driving. 'Digimon... Digital Monsters. Thats what they
are..' She glanced at the two, looking at the woman for a moment, as
another name came to her. 'Arukenimon, the spider woman.' She shook
her head, the fog on her memory still to think to remember much more.
The best she could tell, was that there were people who were worried
about her. Someone, who she cared about deeply, who she needed to
find. She layed her head down, as they drove, knowing she would find
out soon enough, if only she could just remember...

Jyou sat under a well shaded tree, leaning against the trunk, with a
book in his lap. He had worn his blue pants and jacket, over a white
shirt, his hair parted down the center and combed slightly back, as
always. He adjusted his glasses, as he flipped the page, before seeing
a sharp come from the television near him. Smiling, he looked over, to
see Mimi standing in her red white and blue striped shirt, with the
yellow star over her stomach, a white miniskirt, and white pumps on.
She brushed her brown hair out of her eyes, still having the small
stars in it like she had when it was pink. Turning to face Jyou, she
smiled, her eyes twinkling at him.

"Hey Mimi. Ready for the day?" He stiffled a yawn, smiling at her. He
had gotten a nap in before coming, but his body still said it was
almost one thirty in the morning. He smiled at the girl, marking his
page, and shutting the book, putting it under his arm.

Mimi giggled softly, walking over, and linking arms with him, laughing
a little more at the blush coming over his face. "Ready when you are,
sir knight." She winked, making him blush worse, as they began walking
to the lake that was Gennei's home.
