It wasn't until the sparkles began to fade that Edward set down his book and looked over at his napping lover.
Snuggling firmly against the large man, he presses his lips to bare flesh and whispers a mumbled 'love you' against the muscular chest. Soon the sparkles reignite and the younger blond can't help but grin at how his lover practically glows at his confession.
Edward knows that everyone has faults, but he can't help but think that Armstrong's positive qualities out weighed his faults by far. The man was strong, brave, loving, loyal, and -Ed notes as he flips open his previously abandoned book- he makes and excellent reading lamp.
