He picked up the hammer and looked at the marble face beneath him. Bringing it down with a loud crash, he watched as it shattered with a groan

“I hate you.” He said.

Crash. Crash. Crash.

“Red! What are you doing?” Lorelei asked, running in with Bruno and Agatha tagging at her heels.

“He's gone he's gone he's gone and there's nothing this stupid thing can do to bring him back!” Red shrieked.

The statue now resembled nothing more than a heap of scattered pebbles. Agatha sighed as she pried the hammer out of his hands. “I know it's hard, Red. We miss him too.”

Red sobbed, staring at the fallen monument to the Dragon Master. Pieces of rock glistened white dust over the ground.
