Red cleared his throat as he glanced around at the assembled room. The entire Indigo Governing Council was present, as well as the gym leaders and the Elite Four. He stood at his lectern and felt somewhat shy, even as the cameras whirred to life and he began to speak.
“As you all know,” He began, “There have been disturbing rumors about Team Rocket's marked increase in activity lately…”
He was midway through his speech when the doors opened and armed gunmen rushed in, an entire black horde of them. Instantly, he felt a psychic shield snap into place around him, and he gave Agatha up in the box a look. She nodded imperceptibly.
He continued to speak as they began to fire, and he enjoyed the look of shock when their bullets began ricocheting back. The fact that some of them were falling to the ground with ice cuffs around their wrists and ankles before freezing solid, well, that was another good sign.
Lorelei was hard at work then…
He inwardly hid a smirk as he finished his speech, and by that time, all the men were dead or disabled. The Elite had been very busy.
“That is all I have to say.”
Afterwards, he groaned as he flopped down onto his bed. “That was exhausting.”
“Distracting also?” The Dragon Master laughed.
“Well, I had to try really hard not to laugh!”
“I'm certain it was quite a trial for you, love.” Lance purred. Red just grinned back, as he put his arms around Lance's shoulders.
“In all honesty, it was so boring… I mean, why wait for the Council to act?”
“Was anyone hurt?” Lance asked instead.
“Oh yes. Almost twenty of them were shot because they panicked and tried to run away. Weren't you watching?”
“I'm afraid we were more worried about keeping you safe, my dear Champion.”
Red colored, and then Lance kissed him. “Would you like me to reassure you now, after that terrible, horrible ordeal?”
“Yes please!” Red chirped.
“Precocious child.” Lance teased, and pinned him beneath as Red moaned, feeling his partner hard and ready.
“Lance…”
“All right, all right.” The Dragon Master crooned, as he kissed the boy again, and Red sighed as Lance began to move.
Finally… they were safe.
It was ending, and they would have their own lives to live, their own choice to spin… things would be perfect.
For what the Council did not know, was that night, the second wave came upon them, and in their homes, few had protection.
Fools.
It was over and done with.

This prompt makes no sense, does it? *Sigh* originally, I wanted Red to have an orgasm while giving his speech since Lance was turning him on, but that might be iffy…
