When I was young and life was fun
I used to play at Pallet Bay.
My mom was there and Gary too
and Max and May and Pikachu.
But best of all I couldn't wait
till Misty came my bestest mate.
We'd laugh and splash and jump the waves
And be together for always.
Yes that's where we had our first kiss,
That's where I said, "Don't be a 'Miss'."
The beach amongst the Poliwag
was where I made her stop her nag.
That's where I told her "please be mine,
we'll wed and live a life most fine".
Now thinking back to days of old
I can't believe I was so bold.
But there it was, a beach's day
A happy time had all, I say.
