“Oh, and... these!” Vash snagged three pairs of sunglasses from a stand by the counter and placed them with the rest of his purchase.
Wolfwood stared at the stand, piled high with sunglasses (all featuring round, reflective, gold-and-rose toned lenses) and dime-novels: “Vash the Stampede: Tales of the Humanoid Typhoon”.
“You're kidding me, right?”
“What?” Vash asked, blinking quizzically.
“I've always wondered how you keep replacing those stupid sunglasses, but... they're 'Vash the Stampede' souvenirs?”
“Guess I made 'em famous.”
“So, let me get this straight: you're wearing your own merchandise?”
“Um... yeah. Why? Is that bad?”
