CE 81- The PLANT Civil war turns into a massacre as Lacus Clyne brutally defeats the remnants of ZAFT as revenge for putting her beloved Kira Yamato into comma.
Beleiving that Lacus has to be stopped Athrun and Cagalli try to confront her verbally but a fully recovered Kira alongside Lacus refuses to listen to them.
Athrun and Cagalli on board Kusanagi are being bombarded by the Clyne Militia's fleet. Kira tries to destroy Kusanagi but before doing so, he hears a voice that he hasn't heard from again. As he heard that familiar voice, he sees a new Archangel Class ship.
