Hmm.. The writing style is choppy. There is no real detail to what is there and it fails to give much of a mental image. Although what I'm basing this on is a very short 1st chapter.
It seems to rely on Rei Hino's visions entirely to deliver any plot at all and character action is almost none. It seems more like a vague outline. What we have here is bones. It needs flesh.
Overall: could be something but has poor delivery.
