aww, inu puppies. I agree with you that chapter was good before the blood wine one. Kagome might have overreacted a little bit, but she is an emotional girl and it's been a roller coaster. That was just the last straw, so it's not inconceivable.

You are going too fast! Geeze. How many pots of coffee did your little fingers drink! Ooooh, I can't stand Kuro. I'd like Sesshoumaru to be the one to kick his ass. Well, Kagome would do, too. *paces and waits for inu to show up and fuck it all up for Kag/Sess* Poor Inu though. I truly do feel sorry for him. Puppies! You have so much detail about the inner-workings of the inu-youkai world. It's really great. Oh no, Sesshoumaru's eyes went red and Takked pretty much knows that he's the protector. Squeee! I love Takked and I'm glad that Tannis is standing up for Sess and Toga. Kuro is a major traitor. Oooh, I wonder if there is a ritual for executing traitors! With your imagination, that would be fun! What's up with Kagome? Was it the drink that caused her to lose it? She's done so well up to this point. That was pretty mean of Auria. I hope she AND Jomon apologize. She did all of that for Auria, not for herself. I like Auria and she better straighten this out. The insinuations that Kagome's presence will be good for the clan are so intriguing. I can't wait to see what you have planned. *dances in place* Thanks so much for updating quickly. I'm going back and doing some re-reading! Pffft, like I haven't, how many times now? ^_^ Snow

Aw Puppies! *giggle* I had a giggle when the story said that Sesshoumaru had been "marking" the puppies since his dad died. I got visions of Sesshoumaru pissin' on the poor little furballs... and I KNOW that's not what you meant, but I got a giggle out of it anyway and thought I'd share that with you. No offense... He unwittingly played up to mommie's wishes, didn't he? (visited the nursry on his own accord with female no less...) *wide grin* I'm glad you came back and wrote this chapter in. It's a nice fluffy bit to bring us down from the stress of the arena. :) Love it.

*snicker* I really feel sorry for poor Inuyasha. He's frantic to find Kagome, has to deal with a replica of Sesshoumaru, is going into a den of snakes, and now the youkai wants his sword?! What!? I can't wait to see how that is going to go over. Presenting him at the gathering could very well turn into a disaster. I really hope that Inuyasha doesn't get hurt too much. In this last chapter, you have portrayed him as a faithful protector. Eh, I can't remember earlier. But he has my sympathy now. I hope that's what you were shooting for. Poor guy. Shaeda is really funny, too, sticking her nose up in the air. Well, I'm going back to read it again! ^_^

That son of a bitch had some explaining to do; and so help him, if he had to rip another arm of the fucker to get answers, he would. typo: off not of. Dun dun dun. Oh yay. Things are going to get more interesting now that Inuyasha's soon going to be among the gathering... you know this kinda reminds me of The Highlander. Squee! Kagome is a gracious winner and Sesshomaru has lightened up just a tad bit. It's good how you work with devoloping characters, so many people keep them the exact same or just jump into the change that it doesn't make much sense. By the way I like your little ending. *walks away singing Ding dong the....*

Gasp! I am breathless! That was fucking spectacular! You have no idea how excited I am. Everything was so well performed. You had so many involved in conflict, so many undertones and subtleties, surprise protocol. The match wasn't thrown by either party. It was true to the spirit of the contest. There was the cute part...pink panther, mellow yellow... LOL THE BITCH IS DEAD! You didn't have Kagome be proud and vindictive. You had her true to nature, sad that she had to kill, even though she had no choice. And the fight! Your descriptions were so extraordinary. Ooooh, that mother person really pisses me off, Medosuki, or something like that. She needs to be bitch slapped. I love Takked and all of your characters actually. You breathe life into them. Stupid, selfish males. I hope Sesshoumaru gets the chance to kick some ass. And the icing on the cake!? Sesshoumaru can openly acknowledge Kagome and Auria can have her man! Yes! This action and happy outcome whore is more than pleased. I think I just died and went to heaven. And to think, I wasn't quite sure that the fic could hold my interest. Now I'm wondering about Inuyasha. Didn't Sesshoumaru send out a messenger to get him? If so, I'm wondering what will happen with him. There is all that 'protector' stuff to consider. I sure hope that there is some action there, too. That would be awesome! I think I may have to re-read the fic to see if I have missed anything. Heheh. Awesome job on that chapter! Can't wait for the next!
