IÕd rather not get in trouble for it, and I hate censorship, so R rating it is, for all that it matters.<br /> <br /> Based in the X-Men: Evolution setting, although the story obviously departs somewhat from the showÕs canon storyline even before the Akira Project part gets involved. IÕm placing the beginning somewhere around the middle of the second season, I think, in between Wild Side and Operation: Rebirth. The Akira Project connections will become nice and clear over the course of the story, bit by bit. Includes a number of original characters: Tetsuo and Kinuko, so far.<br /> <br /> Also, IÕm acting on the assumption that in Akira, Kaneda is the characterÕs given name and Shotaro is his family name; and, similarly, that Tetsuo is a member of the Shima family. I've read Last Order, and I adore it (although book 3 falls a bit flat), but Angel's Legacy will only draw a few ideas from it.
