Biography:he Dovahkiin: A.L.H. Challenge:

When misrule takes its place at the eight corners of the world.
When the Brass Tower walks and Time is reshaped.
When the thrice-blessed fail and the Red Tower trembles.
When the Dragonborn Ruler loses his throne, and the White Tower falls.
When the Snow Tower lies sundered, kingless, bleeding.
The World-Eater wakes, and the Wheel turns upon the Last Dragonborn.

In the World of the Elder Scrolls there are many mystical, mysterious, powerful, powerless, strange, terrifying, awe-inspiring, breathtaking, and wondrous things, places, and beings. Each story interconnected to the next and/or previous, each tale leading up to an event that many hoped would never come to pass. The Prophecy of Dovahkiin. However, one wonders...

What if the bloodline for the Dovahkiin was not in the World of the Elder Scrolls? What if it, in actuality, was in another world? What if the Last of the Dovahkiin was unaware of their heritage? What if they were on a world that has many of the same wondrous and terrifying beings, locations, and items, yet different? What if the Dovahkiin was on the Boca del Infierno?

Rule 1: The Dovahkiin HAS to be Alexander Lavele Harris.

Sub-Rule 1: If you, the author, decide to have a pairing for this story then Xander CANNOT be in a Slash Relationship; Nor can he be in a relationship with ANY UNDEAD of ANY KIND (i.e No Vampires, Mummies, Zombies, etc.).

Rule 2: Each Chapter must contain a Minimum of 1500 Words and a Maximum of 10,000 words (if you're just under or above then you're still within the rules).

Rule 3: At some point in time, between his Road Trip and after Season 7 (with at least six months in Africa by this point), Xander MUST go the World of the Elder Scrolls to take up his destiny. Preferably during his Road Trip, but not required to be at that exact time.

Rule 4: Depending on when Xander leaves for the World of the Elder Scrolls he must return to Earth with ALL his skills, abilities, powers, memories, and equipment.

Sub-Rule 2: This rule is in response to Rule 4. If Xander leaves for the World of the Elder Scrolls at anytime after or during Season 7, then he must somehow have either traveled back in time to his current timeline's past or an alternate timeline's past. Preferably either around Season 2 or Season 3, but can be as far back as Season 1 or as far forward/back as Season 4. With that said it cannot be Season 5, Season 6, or Season 7.

That's it for the rules pretty much. Have fun writing this story up and good luck to everyone who takes up the challenge.

The BtVS/Shadow Hearts Crossover Challenge a.k.a. The Shadow Hearts: Hellmouth Challenge.

I'm sure all the Xander Harris fans out there notice how he is majorly downplayed A Lot! I propose that this is rectified somewhat early in the Series. Thus the following guidlines:

1. The Earliest Time is Halloween in Season Two, while the Latest is the Road Trip in Season Three.

2. Xander must be somehow biologically related to either Johnny and Shania Garland OR Yuri and Alice Hyuga.

3. Xander must have at LEAST one of his relatives abilities, e.g. a Malice/Will Transformation, Spirit Pack Fusion, Harmonixer Fusion, etc.

4. Xander will do his best to keep his abilities secret from the rest of the Scoobies.

5. When Xander's abilities are discovered the rest of the Scoobies attempt to "Fix" him.

6. Roger Bacon arrives in Sunnydale doing some research with a Valentine Vampire Clan Member (Male or Female, your choice, as long as the surname is Valentine).

7. Roger Bacon "accidentally" arrives just in time to save Xander's life and explain what has happened to Xander.

8. No Male Slash (i.e. No Male/Male Pairing), No Buffy/Xander Pairing, No Xander/Willow Pairing, & No Xander/Cordelia Pairing.

9. Xander should assemble his own Team, just like in the Shadow Hearts Series, Minimum of Three Characters with a Maximum of Eight Characters, including Xander.

10. Somehow bring the Émigré Manuscript a.k.a. the Émigré Document into the story. Have it be an active and key role in the story somehow too if possible.

Other than that its up to whomever takes up this challenge.

The Dovahkiin: N.U.N. Challenge

Rule 1: The Dovahkiin HAS to be Naruto Uzumaki Namikaze.

Sub-Rule 1: If you, the author, decide to have a pairing for this story then Naruto CANNOT be in a Slash Relationship; Nor can he be in a relationship with Hinata, Ino, Sakura, Kurenai, Anko, or any woman Older than him by a maximum of five years, nor with any woman younger than him by a maximum of five years.

It is during this time that Naruto either leaves Konohagakure in compliance with the banishment OR escapes before he is either imprisoned or executed, but not before doing considerable damage to Konohagakure.

Rule 4: Sometime between when Naruto leaves Konohagakure and the beginning of the Shippuden Arc Naruto finds the Summoning Contract of the Dragon Race. The Summoning Boss must either be Shin Dai Bahamut (Great Grand Bahamut or Supreme Bahamut) or Alduin (from Skyrim).

Rule %: Naruto makes a name for himself as a Dragon Slayer and as a Dragon Riding Mercenary. He takes down the Dragons whom have either become evil or have become wild and uncontrollable beasts.

Rule 6: Konohagakure hears about Naruto, without knowing its him, and decides to recruit his help against the other Ninja Villages and Nations of the Elemental Countries (i.e. Oto, Iwa, Kumo, Suna, etc.). It's your, the author's choice, whether Naruto accepts their offer or turns it down.

Rule 7: Konohagakure eventually learns of Naruto's identity and tries to force him to return to Konohagakure "For his protection" and/or to anser for his "crimes".

That's it for the rules pretty much.

Kumori Shadow Kage

This is a story about God. Read if you believe in him, and read even if you don't.

A teenage girl about 17 named Diane had gone to visit some friends one evening and time passed quickly as each shared their various experiences of the past year. She ended up staying longer than planned, and had to walk home alone. She wasn't afraid because it was a small town and she lived only a few blocks away.

As she walked along under the tall elm trees, Diane asked God to keep her safe from harm and danger. When she reached the alley, which was a short cut to her house, she decided to take it. However, halfway down the alley she noticed a man standing at the end as though he were waiting for her. She became uneasy and began to pray, asking for God's protection. Instantly a comforting feeling of quietness and security wrapped round her, she felt as though someone was walking with her. When she reached the end of the alley, she walked right past the man and arrived home safely.

The following day, she read in the newspaper that a young girl had been raped in the same alley just twenty minutes after she had been there. Feeling overwhelmed by this tragedy and the fact that it could have been her, she began to weep. Thanking the Lord for her safety and to help this young woman, she decided to go to the police station. She felt she could recognize the man, so she told them her story. The police asked her if she would be willing to look at a lineup to see if she could identify him. She agreed and immediately pointed out the man she had seen in the alley the night before. When the man was told he had been identified, he immediately broke down and confessed. The officer thanked Diane for her bravery and asked if there was anything they could do for her. She asked if they would ask the man one question. Diane was curious as to why he had not attacked her. When the policeman asked him, he answered, "Because she wasn't alone. She had two tall men walking on either side of her." Amazingly, whether you believe or not, you're never alone. Did you know that 98 of teenagers will not stand up for God, and 93 of the people that read this won’t repost it?

Repost this if you truly believe in God.

OBITUARY FOR THE LATE MR. COMMON SENSE

Today we mourn the passing of a beloved old friend, Common Sense, who has been with us for many years. No one knows for sure how old he was, since his birth records were long ago lost in bureaucratic red tape.

He will be remembered as having cultivated such valuable lessons as: Knowing when to come in out of the rain; why the early bird gets the worm; Life isn't always fair; and Maybe it was my fault.

Common Sense lived by simple, sound financial policies (don't spend more than you can earn) and reliable strategies (adults, not children, are in charge). His health began to deteriorate rapidly when well-intentioned but overbearing regulations were set in place. Reports of a 6 year-old boy charged with sexual harassment for kissing a classmate; teens suspended from school for using mouthwash after lunch; and a teacher fired for reprimanding an unruly student, only worsened his condition.

Common Sense lost ground when parents attacked teachers for doing the job that they themselves had failed to do in disciplining their unruly children. It declined even further when schools were required to get Parental consent to administer Calpol, sun lotion or a band-aid to a student; but could not inform parents when a student became pregnant and wanted to have an abortion.

Common Sense lost the will to live as the Ten Commandments became contraband; churches became businesses; and criminals received better treatment than their victims.

Common Sense took a beating when you couldn't defend yourself from a burglar in your own home and the burglar could sue you for assault.

Common Sense finally gave up the will to live, after a woman failed to realize that a steaming cup of coffee was hot. She spilled a little in her lap, and was promptly awarded a huge settlement.

Common Sense was preceded in death by his parents, Truth and Trust; his wife, Discretion; his daughter, Responsibility; and his son, Reason.

He is survived by his 3 stepbrothers; I Know My Rights, Someone Else Is To Blame, and I'm A Victim. Not many attended his funeral because so few realized he was gone. If you still remember him, pass this on. If not, join the majority and do nothing.

RIP We shall remember

This is a true story. All schools have a class clown, someone that gets on everyones nerves and that no one likes. There was one of these boys in this one school. Nobody liked him at all. He had no friends, the teachers hated him for his disruptiveness, and the students found him annoying beyond belief. He never seemed to care. One day, he had finally stepped on his teachers last nerve. What the teacher did was make everyone in the class stand up and tell the boy something they didn't like about him. As each of the thirty students stood up and said something about him they didn't like, he only sat and didn't seem to mind. All of the students did it.

That day, when school was out, the boy went home, grabbed his dads gun, and shot himself in the head.

If you think that the teacher was to blame, and that what she did was morally wrong and completely shameful, copy and paste this into your profile. I was walking around in a Target store, when I saw a cashier hand this little boy some money back.

The boy couldn't have been more than 5 or 6 years old.

The cashier said, "I'm sorry, but you don't have enough money to buy this doll."

Then the little boy turned to the old woman next to him: ''Granny, are you sure I don't have enough money?''

The old lady replied: ''You know that you don't have enough money to buy this doll, my dear.''

Then she asked him to stay there for just 5 minutes while she went to look a round. She left quickly.

The little boy was still holding the doll in his hand.

Finally, I walked toward him and I asked him who he wished to give this doll to.

"It's the doll that my sister loved most and wanted so much for Christmas. She was sure that Santa Claus would bring it to her."

I replied to him that maybe Santa Claus would bring it to her afterall, and not to worry.

But he replied to me sadly. "No, Santa Claus can't bring it to her where she is now. I have to give the doll to my mommy so that she can give it to my sister when she goes there."

His eyes were so sad while saying this. "My sister has gone to be with God. Daddy says that Mommy is going to see God very soon too, so I thought that she could take the doll with her to give it to my sister.''

My heart nearly stopped.

The little boy looked up at me and said: "I told daddy to tell mommy not to go yet. I need her to wait until I come back from the mall."

Then he showed me a very nice photo of him where he was laughing. He then told me "I want mommy to take my picture with her so she won't

forget me. I love my mommy and I wish she doesn't have to leave me, but daddy says that she has to go to be with my little sister."

Then he looked again at the doll with sad eyes, very quietly.

I quickly reached for my wallet and said to the boy. "Suppose we check again, just in case you do have enough money for the doll?''

"OK," he said, "I hope I do have enough." I added some of my money to his without him seeing and we started to count it. There was enough for

the doll and even some spare money.

The little boy said: "Thank you God for giving me enough money!"

Then he looked at me and added, "I asked last night before I went to sleep for God to make sure I had enough money to buy this doll, so that

mommy could give it to my sister. He heard me!''

"I also wanted to have enough money to buy a white rose for my mommy, but I didn't dare to ask God for too much. But He gave me enough to buy the doll and a white rose.''

"My mommy loves white roses."

A few minutes later, the old lady returned and I left with my basket.

I finished my shopping in a totally different state from when I started. I couldn't get the little boy out of my mind.

Then I remembered a local newspaper article two days ago, which mentioned a drunk man in a truck, who hit a car occupied by a young woman and a little girl.

The little girl died right away, and the mother was left in a critical state. The family had to decide whether to pull the plug on the life-sustaining machine, because the young woman would not be able to recover from the coma. Was this the family of the little boy?

Two days after this encounter with the little boy, I read in the newspaper that the young woman had passed away.

I couldn't stop myself as I bought a bunch of white roses and I went to the funeral home where the body of the young woman was exposed for people to see and make last wishes before her burial.

She was there, in her coffin, holding a beautiful white rose in her hand with the photo of the little boy and the doll placed over her chest.

I left the place, teary-eyed, feeling that my life had been changed forever.. The love that the little boy had for his mother and his sister

is still, to this day, hard to imagine. And in a fraction of a second, a drunk driver had taken all this away from him.
