What is he talking about?

“That is enough!” What is the meaning of this small dialogue? Nothing! I was writing a fan fiction, and he says that, but I quit on it. I didn’t want to write it anymore. And I never got around to taking the quote out….Let’s say, he was about to hex someone, for insulting him. ^_^;;
