J/N: Joana is my real name. Joana Mae Hill to be precise. But you may know me as Joana or my author name, The Princess of Light. I'll also use some Japanese but, I'll either tell you what it means after it in parenthesis or you'll hafta figure it out yourself.

Tamer Joana

"There ya go Joana," the shopkeeper told me as he handed me my new bracelet.

"Arigouto ," I put it on my wrist and walked out. I then heard something in the bushes.

"Konichiwa," I said pushing the bushes aside. I then saw a monster that looked like an Imp.

"Nani?" I asked. "Impmon?" Impmon looked up.

"Go ahead, make fun of me," Impmon said in a mad voice.

"Iie, iie," I said as I sat beside Impmon.

"Do you even know how to speak english?" Impmon asked.

"Hai," I answered.

"Then why don't you?"

"Gomen, I mean, sorry," I said switching to english. "So what's the matter?" Impmon turned away.

"None of you business. Just leave me alone," Impmon started to walk away. I then looked to my backpack.

"Impmon, want something to eat?" I asked. Impmon turned around.

"Why are you being so nice to me? I don't like pity," Impmon said as I handed him a chocolate covered rice ball.

"Do I need a reason to be nice Impmon?" I asked. Impmon looked up, as if thinking.

"Do I need a reason to eat this rice ball?" Impmon asked, taking a large bite. My backpack then started wriggling.

"Hey, give me some of that rice ball!" a voice inside complained. I took out a orange guinea pig.

"Apumon, Impmon needs it more then you do. You eat 2/3 your body weight an hour," I answered. I then started to walk off but Impmon followed me. I stopped in front of the bread shop and saw a kid about my age wearing goggles.

"Think he's been watching too much digimon?" I asked. Apumon nodded. The boy then looked over to me and dropped the box he was holding. "What's his problem?" Apumon then started shivering.

"I think a digimon's trying to bio-emerge," Apumon said, still shivering. I took out my D-Power and ran off.
