Seeing from another's eyes,

I see myself,

Stuck in a web of Confusion.

Stripped and bared for the world to see,

Plucked from my heart for their scornful pleasure,

My truest desires make up the web.

They now see what makes me,

The desires always clash,

None of them match.

This web of confusion is in my mind,

Never do I know what I truly want,

For all my dreams collide.

Even in this state of defenselessness,

I discreetly try to hide,

A ribbon of falsities comes to my aid.

With my minds state of sedation,

The ribbon is small,

Hiding little of me.

But maybe this is good,

Dismantle the lies that I use to hide,

Yes, this is the real me.
