Update: As before, the formatting is very important to the poem. I used periods to space it correctly.

Pleadings to the Fickle Heart

..........Fickle heart, part not to angry ways.

If love conquereth all, then change not

....................thy target as quickly as thy mind.

..........Harm'd again, broken again, thine shards

....................of crystal littering the floor.

Pick up thy pieces and carry on,

....................march on again to battle.

..........And if thy victory cometh not this day,

Pick up thine shards once more

....................and grow not cold and dull.
