Golden Sun: A New Saga
Chapter 10
While the Adepts were flying through the time portal inside the Terranigma, Lily said,
"Oh! I almost forgot." A Djinni, having the figure of a Mars Djinni but colored gold,
and a Djinni with a Jupiter Djinni's figure, but colored with hues of silver, black,
and dark red, popped out of Lily's and Gina's robes. The gold Djinni said, "I am a
Sol Djinni." The other djinni said, "I am a Luna Djinni. Our companions here have
found all of our other Djinn friends. We can be of great help in battle in many ways.
Also, by setting 4 Luna Djinn and 5 Sol Djinn on standby, you can summon Eris,
the goddess of chaos." "Wow..." said Sheba. "So....what about the lighthouses?"
Gina said, "Good question, Sheba. Queen Selenia gave us the Luna and Sol Stars. We
have to light them to gain access to Cosmos Sanctum before your enemies do." "I
see...." Mia said. "I have heard of the Stone of Sages, but I never knew it existed
in another dimension..." Samuel said, "The Stone of Sages, or the Golden Sun, was sealed
at the dawn of time, the final point in the dimensional distortion in Cosmos Sanctum.
The great evil that once threated the world, known as Necron, was sealed there as
well." Jenna spoke up. "That means that there is another evil?" she asked. Joel said,
"Possibly. Your foes may break his seal, and then who knows what'll happen. We have
to stop them nevertheless."
The Terranigma had reached the end of the time vortex and the Adepts were back in Cirenia,
in the present....however....
Gina said, "I sense something has happened to the town near Nebular, the town of
Kashiuri!" Lily said, "Let's go." She touched the glowing orb. "Everybody hang on
tight, because this is gonna be one heck of a ride!"
The airship landed. As the Adepts disembarked, Mid said, "I'll be waiting right here.
See me if anything happens!" Felix said, "Okay." They all headed to Kashiuri, beyond
the horizon. However....
As soon as they reached Kashiuri, everyone gasped.
The entire town was on fire! People were running amok, most of them on fire, some
were wounded, and others were trying to extinguish the fires, but to no avail.
"We must help them!" Alex said. They all entered the town.
Samuel said, "We have to split up. Mia, Lily, you two heal the wounded. Gina, Jenna,
you two rescue everyone in need of help. Alex, try to extinguish the fires. Isaac,
Piers, you two evacuate all who have been healed or rescued. Garet, Sheba, Ivan,
Felix, defend the gates. Joel and I will join Gina and Jenna when it comes to saving
those trapped in the mayor's mansion. Okay, let's go." They all split up.
Mia and Lily found a wounded man lying on the ground. Mia said, "Hold still. Pure Ply!"
She healed the man. Before going to Piers and Isaac, the man said, "Take this as an
appreciation of my gratitude." He gave Mia a Mist Potion, then he joined Isaac and Piers.
After doing all they could, Gina, Jenna, Samuel and Joel headed into the burning house.
"Take care..." Felix said. The four entered the house.
Inside, they heard voices screaming. "Someone is here!" Gina said. They ran to the main
room, and saw two children, a boy and a girl, screaming. "Help us!" the boy said. Jenna
carried the boy on her shoulders, and Joel carried the girl on his shoulders. "Oh,
and you might want to get what's in the treasure chests." Gina and Samuel took what
was in the treasure chests. Then they exited the burning house.
The house soon collapsed into a heap of rubble. "Well, everyone is now safe and sound,"
said Isaac. "Oh no!" Ivan screamed. "What?" asked Isaac. Ivan replied, "Enemy forces are
attacking us!" "Then we must defeat them," Jenna said. All the other Adepts positioned
themselves at the front of the gates. Alex said, "I will try to keep any enemies from
passing." "Good," Mia said.
So the fighting Adepts had took down any soldiers that got in their way.....one by one...
Alex defended the gates as well.....but as soon as the crew of Adepts had defeated the
General, Menardi appeared. "So...you have defeated the entire army...but that won't save you
now!" She stole the Luna Star from Gina. Gina yelled, "Stop! Come back!" But Menardi fled
to Luna Lighthouse. Samuel said, "Argh.....that Menardi....she has done so many dastardly
deeds.....but nothing as diabolical as this.....stealing the Luna Star!" "We can still
stop her," Alex said. Samuel said, "?!" Mia said, "That's right! We're in this together and
we won't let a thing stop us!" The town's citizens handed the Adpets various items, like
Potions and Psy Stones. The Adepts headed for Luna Lighthouse.
On their way, Mia asked Samuel, "What happened to me really?" Samuel replied, "I sensed
it. Menardi cast a spell on you when you saw Alex that had sealed your mind and soul in
darkness, leaving you an empty shell." Mia asked, "What about Alex?" Samuel said,
"Menardi had taken Alex's soul. Since both Alex's and your souls were in darkness,
they went with Isaac in the end." Mia said, "I see....How did they do that?"
Samuel said, "They must've been reborn through the Holy Stream. That's the only
way they could have obtained great power....."
After they walked through the forest, they saw the Luna Lighthouse. It was a siver-black
color, with the same structure as Mercury Lighthouse. "Well, here we are..." Alex said.
They all walked through.....
Will they stop Menardi and Saturos from lighting Luna Lighthouse? Find out in chapter
