Okay, this is just a list of Kaerlos's abilities. Note that, besides his summoning, I'll use typical BoF4 abilities. I'll also give him a "level" to show his approximate fighting ability and an equipment list, including relative power (compared to Ryu's).
His summoning is broken into two versions: Controlled and Desperation. Controlled is when he's calling up inanimate objects (unless otherwise noted). Desperation is when he's calling a monster, and the more desperate he is the better he does.
Abilities marked as (Skill) will be dropped later. Spells marked as (Yorae) will be ripped from Ryu and Fou-lu's dragon forms and are otherwise only used by them.
Also, it's assumed that all the "old" characters will be about level 75 by my scale.
And yes, the Imperial Sword is only more powerful than a normal Dragonslayer through sheer size.

Level: 3 (he can fight, just not with what he's got)
