Do you ever feel like your whole world is breaking down?

Like all you want to do is to just drown?

Do you ever want to cry but you just can't?

Like your whole life is on a slant?

Do you ever feel completely alone?

Like all you want is something to call your own?

Keeping everything inside,

Hoping everything will slide,

Seeking for your dreams,

Even though you just want to scream,

Wanting a better life,

And to not have to take the knife,

Keeping to yourself,

And all your thoughts on a shelf,

Away from the world,

With your past swirled,

Life will get better,

Or at least that's what you say in your letter,

If you just hope,

Then maybe you can cope.
