Pokemon Journeys Chapter 1: Jane's First Pokemon

"All right, all right. Bye Jane and take care!" Relena told Jane Yuy, an eleven-year-old who was going to Prof. Oak's lab to get her pokedex. Jane rushed all the way to the Prof.'s lab as she was late. When she got there, everyone was gone.
"Well, you're late, Max," a person said.
"Please Prof.. Call me Jane. Anyway, is there anymore Pokemon for me?" Jane asked.
"Well, there is a Pokemon left but… it's usually very grumpy." Prof. Oak said
" I don't mind," Jane answered. Prof. Oak gave a pokeball and Jane opened it. There was a blinding light after a while, there was a pikachu standing at its place.
"A pikachu! How cute!" Jane said. She rubbed it at its cheek and the pikachu liked it.
"Oh! It seems to like you, Jane." Oak said. Jane smiled and said goodbye to the Prof. and started her journey.
