Chapter 5: The Bar

(The time is 9pm; the Ham-Hams are making their way to Saffron's bar)

Hamtaro: (Thinking) I hope were not late….

(The Ham-Hams arrive outside Saffron's bar. Hamtaro knocks on the door. Saffron answers)

Saffron: Hamha! Glad you could make it!

Hamtaro: (Blushes) well, we didn't want to disappoint you, Saffron.

(The Ham-Hams enter the bar. Saffron leads them to a big room full of hamsters. They is a stage at the front of the room with a girl Hamster dancing on it. A Big table is in the middle of the room. Saffron leads the Ham-Hams to the table.)

Saffron: This table is only for you and your friends, Hamtaro.

Boss: You mean we got this big table all to ourselves?

(Saffron nods and the Ham-Hams sit down at the table)

Panda: The craftshamship on this table is very good!

Saffron: Thank-Q! It just arrived this morning.

Oxnard: Um, Saffron is there anything to eat around here?

(Saffron hands Oxnard a menu)

Oxnard: (Bites on the menu) this doesn't taste very good.

(Sweetdrop)

Saffron: The Menu is not for eating Oxnard, it's for reading.

Oxnard: ops! Silly me.

Saffron: Excuse me one second…

(Saffron walks up to a door and exits through there)

Hamtaro: I wonder where Saffron went.

(Saffron re-enters the room and walks up to the table)

Saffron: Which one of you is called Cappy?

Cappy: (Puts his hand up) I'm Cappy!

Saffron: We got a good Hat store at back, would you like to see it?

Cappy: Yep-P! That would be awesome!

(Cappy gets up and follows Saffron to the door backstage)

Sandy: I wonder if Saffron has a ribbon store.

Bijou: I hope she has a ribbon store!

(Cappy re-enters the room with a evil smile on his face, Saffron is right behind him. Cappy sits down at the table)

Panda: That was sure quick Cappy!

Cappy: They didn't have a cap I wanted. By the way Panda, while I was back there I saw a store that sells wood.

Panda: Wood? I was looking for some wood to build Mimi something! (To Saffron) Can I see it, Saffron? Please?

Saffron: Sure, Panda! Follow me.

(Saffron leads Panda to the same door. Panda and Saffron enter the room)

Sandy: Hey, Cappy, did they have a ribbon store back there?

Cappy: I didn't see any Ribbon store back there.

Sandy: Oh…..

Stan: Did they have any cute ham-Hams back there?!

(Cappy doesn't answer. Panda re-enters the room with an evil smile on his face. He is not carrying anything)

Hamtaro: Find any wood, Panda?

Panda: No. there were sold out.

Boss: Why are you smiling? Aren't you disappointed?

Panda: No.

Hamtaro: (Thinking) something strange is going on here….
