What happened to Sirius and why Remus went to save him part 2
This room was not a room at all, but a landscape, an inky blue sky spanned across the entire view. A silver circle that could have been either the sun and the moon, was right smack in the otherwise blank sky. Lupin looked thoughtful for a moment and said, "This must be it."
Tonks looked up at him, "This is what exactly?" she asked.
"This place is what we have been heading for all this time," Remus said his eyes never leaving the landscape. Then Tonks had realized that they had in fact been heading in one direction the whole time, although there had been many other passages.
"What is this place?" she asked looking around.
"It's called 'The Valley of the Dead' Dumbledore has said that Sirius would most likely be here," he took a deep breath before starting to lead the way. "Though I can't say for sure." They walked for thirty minutes before they stopped dead.
"Hey Remus?"
"Yes Nymph?"
"What's that?" she had said while pointing some ways in front of them at a dark hooded figure with orange eyes, similar to a dementor but seemingly worse.
"Lets not stand here and find out." He said pulling Tonks behind a tree pressing her to him. The intimate closeness was making Tonks blush crimson, all thoughts of their prior situation flying out the window.
When the ' Tall Black Hooded Cloaked Thingy's' passed[A/N- Sorry I have no idea what to call it passed Tonks looked up and saw Remus looking at her, almost in a hungry way. "Um... R - Remus?" she stuttered.
"Huh? Oh sorry Nymph ... c'mon we had better be going." They got up and started to go the original way they came.
After awhile Tonks had to ask. "Why are we going this way, Remus?"
"Dumbledore said to" he said simply not taking his eyes off the lifeless and endless landscape in front of him.
"Since when do you listen to Dumbledore?"
"Ha ha," said Remus rolling his eyes.
"Wonder why though?"
"No clue" he stopped dead suddenly, making Tonks slam into him.
"Oh Remus I-" Remus put his finger to her lips.
"Shush! Be quiet." She turned at looked what Remus was looking at and gasped at the sight of a group of those 'Tall Black Hooded Cloaked Thingy's' were in a group about 100 meters away, one of them seemingly rebelling against the others, but from this distance she couldn't tell.
"Remus wha-" she was cut short, not seeing Remus anywhere.
"Remus! ... Remus where are you?" It took her a minute to realize that Remus had disappeared.

Tonks' eyes were holding back the tears they were holding and almost failed miserably, almost. She screamed out for her missing friend, screaming his name at the top of her lungs, thinking that this was a bad dream, or maybe even an illusion that was made by the veil.
But it wasn't she knew that, she layed on the ground for awhile, letting time pass her by not wanting to move, to live, to continue. Then she thought about her cousin. 'Sirius.'
"Remus! Sirius! Please! Someone! Anyone!" she cried "Come back!" her eyes burned with tears, she couldn't do this anymore, not only had she lost her cousin, she lost her best friend. She didn’t want to go on, oh God! Did she not want to move on but she had to for, Harry he needed his godfather and she wasn't going to be the one, who took Sirius away from him.
Her legs were numb. Tonks looked around as she stood up noting three 'Tall Black Hooded Cloak Thingy's' approach her. They must have heard her screams.
She ran as fast as she could, feeling as though her ribs would burst from the sobs that she has been suppressing. The creatures left and she started on the path that her and Remus were following before.
Tonks' could stop thinking about Remus, what will she tell Sirius when she found him? That she has no idea where his best friend, no make that his brother is? She couldn't bare it anymore, she didn't know what to do. She didn't want to do anything, but she walked aimlessly through several tunnels of darkness. She kept telling herself ''It's all for Harry, have to keep it up for Harry,'' though it'd be a lie if she said she wasn't doing this for herself as well.
Upon exiting a tunnel, she saw darkness but when the darkness moved , she had realized what it was. It was those "Tall Black Hooded Cloaked Thingy's" a massive gathering from the looks of it.
Tonks' slowly got closer to the gathering of the "Tall Black Hooded Cloaked Thingy's" and hid behind a tall rock. She didn't understand what was making them gather around like this, but again it looked as if another was rebelling, in the center of the group while the others surrounded it. Suddenly the one rebelling had caught sight of Tonks, who had become careless in her attempt for a better view of what was going on. She ran immediately. God she never wants to see this place again, and when she found Sirius she gonna beat the hell out of him till he cries. She had nowhere to run, the valley had to be at least 200 meters away, and a ''Tall Black Hooded Cloaked Thingy'' was chasing her, and closing in fast.
A billion thoughts flew through her mind.
- Would she see Remus soon?
- Would she see Sirius soon?
- What would her parents say?
- Would Remus be disappointed to know that she had failed without him?
Suddenly she tripped and fell, into a seemingly never ending black hole, a side effect of not watching where she was going, and her natural clumsiness. She began to fall into the black void when a hand caught her shoulder and pulled her back.
She couldn't decide what could possibly be worse, falling into a pit of doom or being eaten by a "Tall Black Hooded Cloaked Thingy's". She turned around to look at the "Tall Black Hooded Cloaked Thingy's" who held her from facing her doom. She started moving as soon as she was on firm ground. She had just started running when the thing caught up to her again.
"Stop!" Came a low raspy voice.
Tonks' knew she had no choice but to obey. She stopped and turned slowly, she was scared to death at what might lay ahead for her.
She looked up at the cloaked figure, it just stared at her, and it took her awhile to realize that there were no glowing orange eyes beneath the hood.
Finally the creature raised it's gloved hands and lowered it's hood. In shock Tonks nearly fell back into the black hole.
"It can't be," she whispered "Sirius?"

Before Tonks knew what she was doing, she had Sirius in a tight embrace.
"I'm sorry" she cried "I'm so sorry."
Sirius looked at her confused for a moment before asking "I'm sorry Nymph, but I have no possible idea for what you could be sorry for." Concern etched in his face.
"Remus," She whispered.
"What about him? Nymph what's wrong?"
"He... he disappeared Sirius!" She sobbed before digging her head into his cloak.
"No... th- that's impossible," Tears fell from his eyes into his cousins’ hair. Any need to see his friend just grew immensely, he felt as if his heart would burst, if he didn't see him soon. By the look on his baby cousin’s face he could tell that this had just happened, that that it was still bothering her deeply.
Sirius wiped his tears away along with any emotion on his face, he knew he had to be strong for his cousin, had to be strong so that he could get back to Harry.
"It's oka Nymph," he said softly. Trying to keep calm as he realized something. Tonks' looked up at her cousin to see a look of shock on his face.
"Nymph, how long have you been down here?"
"Umm... well I have maybe 60 hours left." She said though not really sure.
"Lets go," Said Sirius grimly. They walked in silence for awhile before Tonks realized something.
"Hey, Siri"
"Yes, Nymph?"
"If I could only stay down here six days, how is it that you have survived so long?"
"Well, it's because I'm... well I guess we both would be if your mother married a pure blood cuz. Pure blood." He said in a slightly apologetic voice.
"You must be glad Aunty and Uncle where strictly purebloods, eh Siri?"
He smiled at her sadly, " Just this once, I suppose."
"I heard the Salazar Slytherin built this place... is that true?"
"Yes, that's right." When Sirius put his hand through his hair and Tonks noticed something strange.
"Hey Siri, you look a lot... younger. " She said her voice full of curiosity.
"I see you've noticed, my dear cousin." He said teasingly. "That is because... well I really don't know something to do with time though." Tonks snorted.
" Oka so what about the ''Tall Black Hooded Cloaked Thingy's." Are they dementors or something?"
" 'Tall Black Hooded Cloaked Thingy's' is that what you call them,?" Sirius said after barking with laughter, "They are some kind of demon, but I don't know what... they are like dementors but they are much worse."
"How so?"
"Dementors over power you causing mental distress, demons cause physical pain, these are original dementors."
"So they kiss you to, then?"
"No! Now shut up and let me finish," Said Sirius laughter in his eyes. "They bite, they are the ones that turn you into a dementor."
"They, do what?!" she didn't want to hear that, in fact she wanted to hear anything but that.
"What's wrong, Nymph" Sirius asked stopping in his tracks as he saw tears pouring down his cousins face.
"Remus" she whispered.
After that, they walked in silence till Tonks, fainted from fatigue. "NYMPH!! NYMPH!" Tonks woke up startled as Sirius yelled at her to wake. "Nymph you were shaking like crazy!"
"Sorry."
"C'mon lets go" said Sirius, as he helped his cousin up, "We have to get you out of here."

Tonks' stopped short, "Siri, what's that?" She said pointing at a rather large gray thing.
"I don't know but if it's what I think it is, you better run."
"Run!" Sirius hissed, as the thing that Tonks' pointed at started to move, though obviously injured it still was going quite fast, it took awhile before her clumsiness kicked in and she tripped, finally realizing what was chasing them.
A wolf.
