The rhythm is an etude I learned for band auditions. Like I said… I based it off Miroku
and Sango… but its a lot better if you think of them as original characters rather than a
particular couple. (In my opinion.) Please Review… I want to know I exist!
STORY I (Etude)
Pick a flower
Thats the man who
Only wants
A child to carry their hopes when his days are gone
He still pretends his life is valid
Yet his own hand
Slowly kills him day by day and…
Show to him
Your finest flowers
She was from
A land whose people gave their lives to help false brothers
Such a sorrow she survived it
Now she cries in
Grief for lost ones day by day and…
Give two flowers
Common purpose
They will bend
And fight until the strain erodes his life away
But though he slowly disappears
She lingers on
Survivors have the most to pay… so…
Let the flowers
Dance and mingle
He could love her
Watch him touch her she will slap him for his troubles
Don't expect a love to blossom
Second frost will
Take the young man… far away…
And how can you expect a girl
To act regardless of the price shed pay?
