Chapter 1: The Mutt
I haven’t been writing a lot lately, but I got hit in the face with this idea and I had to write it. Soooooooooo, I HOPE YOU LIKE IT!!!!AND IT’S NOT ABOUT INUYASHA!!! Oh yeah, for the setting, just think of a Greek or medieval time setting. Okay. LET’S BEGIN!!!!!!!!!!

“NO! Sieten, please don’t leave!” screamed a woman with brown hair and brown eyes that were blood shot fro crying.
“Leave me be, woman! I have a mate, you WHORE!!! Go back to your damned daughter!” The man screamed. He had black hair with electric yellow streaks going through it and blood red eyes that seemed to flare with hatred towards the woman.
With that, the man left on a dark gray colored cloud, his armor glistening in the moonlight, and the orange scared on his neck swishing in the wind behind him. As the woman watched the man leave with tears shining as they slide down her cheek. She started to mumble.
“So that’s all I meant to you. Heh! I should have known.” she whispered miserably. She then walked into a small, but comfortable looking house made of brick and stone.
When she got in she walked into a room that was covered in blue and silver. There was only a cradle and a small playing area in the room, but in the cradle a small figure stood still, looking out the window that showed the hill of which the man had last been seen. The woman looked at the baby girl with unusual but beautiful blue-gray eyes and midnight black hair with sapphire blue streaks in it sadly.
“Kagome….what am I going to do, baby. I can’t do this on my own. And villagers are sure to come and try to kill you because of you heritage.” the woman sobbed this out as she grabbed the tiny child. She was so tiny, and at this thought the woman remembered the time the man, Sieten, had said about the child being a runt as soon as the child was born. This thought just made it worse as the woman started to cry and sniffle louder and longer.
The baby looked at her mother with a look that said, ‘I’ll protect you, and myself, they can’t hurt us as long as I’m around.’ the woman saw this and started to laugh, a sorrowful, but happy, laugh.
“I guess being half thunder demon, half human, will eventually give you that strengh, huh?” said the woman
And with that a woman named Ray laid down on the electric blue colored rug hugging her child to her tightly, and drifted off to sleep. But as she fell asleep the baby, Kagome, stared at her mother with what looked like a protective gaze. Then the child also fell asleep and an electric blue shield-like light surrounded them and if you looked rather closely a single silver strand of hair seemed to just grow right on the spot and the pajama’s she was wearing lifted only slightly. It revealed a swirl mark with a lightning bolt in the middle of it in the exact space her bellybutton was located. It was a mark that could pass as a birth mark, only darker. Both the silver strand of hair and the mark on her bellybutton, were signs, they signified the great power, innocence, and independent attitude she would grow up to have. Yes, this child was to be great in later years, but for now, chaos, would ensue.

(5yrs. Later.)
“KAGOME!!!HONEY, IT’S TIME FOR SCHOOL!!!” Ray screamed as a young girl with midnight black hair with sapphire blue and silver streaks in it came running down the stairs. Her hair was down and only reached her neck. She wore a black shirt and blue pants, and around her neck was a small orange scarf, she didn’t know why she liked it, but, she did. When she reached her mother and looked up at her, gray-blue eyes sparkling in excitement.
“Wouldn’t want to miss your first day of school do you. You do want to learn about dragons, dont you?” Ray asked while grabbing her daughters school bag.
“Mama, am I gonna’ get a cool dragon like Hera, like you did?” she asked her mother.
“Yes, you will. But they don’t give it to you, they tell you to walk into a cave you feel a strange power pulling you towards, and at the end of the tunnel is an egg, the egg that will hatch into the dragon that had chosen you. Get it?” asked the mother.
“Yep!” said Kagome as she went up to a beautiful aqua colored dragon whose beautiful scales glistened in the sunlight.
“Now honey, make sure no one picks on you, and if they do get your cousin Yusuke to intimidate them, not hurt them, and Hera make sure my baby stays safe, and…….” she didn’t get to finish because the dragon had suddenly took off the young girl upon it’s back screaming.
“Bye Mom!!!” as she rode the dragon to her new school.
At this her mother smiled gently and waved a good bye to her daughter.

(At the school.)
“KAGOME!!!” screamed a boy with black hair that had green streaks in it and brown eyes. Kagome turned around.
“YUSUKE!!!” She shouted as she ran up to the boy.
“I see you are finally starten’ school, you’ll love it, especially when you get your dragon.” Yusuke said with a happy smile.
“That reminds me, where is Puu?” he asked, at that very moment a dark blue baby dragon with black fur starting from Its head to its tail and black eyes was flying clumsily and landed right on Yusuke’s head.
“OW!Puu! YOUR CLAWS HURT!!!
And with that the young girls first day started, a day that would be very hard to forget in later years.
