ACCURSED LOVE

Oh! What wondrous sight to behold
Your delicate skin and firm curbs do mine eyes adore
To taste your lips and look deep into your eyes
Is but reason enough to fight
Though I realize that no matter what my heart screams
My lips dare not utter a word
All I'm left with are stolen glimpses of your hear and soul
For I'm not worthy of your love
I have been cursed to love and not be loved
For how can I risk you and your heart
Even if I were to succeed,
I dare not give you & our child the knowledge of this curse
To love and never be loved
To know from day one that the fates despise you
To fear the touch of the one you love
To fear another sunrise or lack there of
