Flash Back: Chapter 15

Sato's students went to Hinata to try to make him come with them, but to no avail. Instead they decided to stay for a while and go to school like normal teenagers do. Frost was not too happy about the whole idea but somehow his feelings changed.

Chapter 16: " First School sports festival"

Kitsune lies idly at the couch. While an empty sake bottle lies on the floor. Yaite went down the stairs and noticed her.

" Hey, aren't you going to the Sports Festival?" He fixed his black cap

" Huh? What Festival?" Kitsune asked blankly

" Heh, So you didn't know? There's a sports festival at the school where Shinobu and the others study. Rem and Sato already left to help the school in selling foods and the like." Yaite explained

" And you're going too?"

" Sato asked me to help out too, besides I'd rather go there than lie on the couch all day" Yaite walks out the door.

" Hey, wait for me I'll go too! You didn't have to make an example out of me ya know!" Kitsune ran after Yaite.

At the school:

The school has prepared for the sports festival. You can see a lot of decorations hanging and some booths. All in all the school was very lively in that occasion. Yaite and Kitsune tried to look for Sato and Rem. But they came across Yuki instead.

" HEEEEEY! Yaite-San!" Yuki waves at Yaite and Kitsune. She is wearing her PE Uniform, which consists of a white T-shirt with the school logo on the right side of the shirt and the shorts.

(A/N: When I said PE Uniform I mean the light T-shirt and the o so short shorts that are short enough to be called underwear. Typical anime style.)

" Hey, Have you seen Sato and Rem somewhere?" Yaite asked

" Oh, teacher? He's at the food booth with Rem-San. Okay I gotta go see ya." Yuki started to jog away

" What's the rush, is there a fire or something?" Kitsune joked

" Nah, I'm going to participate in one of the games. And I need to get in place soon or I'll get disqualified." Yuki giggled

" Okay, we'll try to cheer you on." Yaite said

" Thanks!" Yuki ran off to her position

" My, this is mighty unlikely of you Yaite, you usually stay quiet and have that serious look on your face." Kitsune tried to pick on Yaite

" Say what you want, I'll go find Sato" Yaite walked away

" Hey, I was just joking! Wait for me."

School Fun Booths:

Yaite found Sato and Rem in one of the food booths they were selling dumplings. Sato was the one selling the food and drinks while Rem was the one who cooks. There's a really big crowd blocking the way, which looks like they were all buying dumplings from Sato and Rem's Booth.

Yaite and Kitsune squeezed their selves through the crowded mass up to where Sato and Rem are. Sato noticed them and called out

" Hey Yaite, Kitsune! You're finally here. =^_^="

" What's with all the people?" Kitsune asked

" Beats me, as soon as we opened all these students started to buy our dumplings." Sato explained

" I guess, they're just buying your dumplings because you two are just natural pretty boys!" Kitsune concluded

" Really? You think so?" Rem said sarcastically and pointed at the crowd with all of them having heart-shaped eyes

" Hehehe I guess. =^_^=" Sato just scratched his head.

AAAAAAAAAH MARRY ME!

One of the girls in the crowd shouted

"*_*"

" Should I help you now?" Yaite asked

" Okay, at least until before lunch, that's our break. =^_^="

Yaite wore an apron too and started to help Sato sell the dumplings

AAAAAAAAH! THAT GUY"S CUTE TOO!!!!! AAAAAAAAH!

The crowd just got bigger and more screaming fan girls can be heard.

" I think this is a bad idea….T_Tv " Yaite shook his head

" I think so too…Let's just finish our shift." Sato suggested

"I'll leave you guys for a while…." Kitsune went of running

" See ya!" Sato tried to wave good bye by he was preoccupied with the crazed buyers.

Meanwhile Frost was busy helping his classmates put the final adjustments to their Godzilla float. There was going to be a parade in the afternoon and the best float will be awarded with a prize. Frost and his group worked hard to finish the float. And…

" It's almost finished" One of his classmates said

" Yeah, thanks for the help Frost, if you didn't volunteer to replace Koji we would have never finished this."

" Don't' mention it, Koji got sick and I just wanted to help." Frost said while he paints some of the unpainted parts.

" Don't be so humble man, you deserve credit for this, besides it was also your idea to create a Godzilla float" Another classmate said

" Whatever…hey can you pass me that can?" Frost asked the first guy

" Sure" He passed Frost the can of paint.

" That should do it for now, let's just wait for the paint to dry and were all set." The second classmate said.

" Okay…" Frost put the brush down

" Let's grab something to eat"

" Yeah I heard the dumplings are great"

" Nah, it's just because the vendors are good looking that's why they can sell a lot…"

" Lucky guys…I wish I have fan girls like them…"

" Dream on…"

" hehehe" Frost just laughed at the two guys arguing

After Frost and his classmates left someone hiding in the bush cam out and walked towards the float. He scanned the surroundings and when he found the coast is clear he signaled for the other guys to come out.

" Hahaha now we will have our revenge for the other day." The Bully boss said.

`" Yeah, He'll pay big time!"

Meanwhile Shinobu and Su were in charge of being the announcers in the sports fest. They announce the current games and they are also in charge of the paging booth.

" Hey, Shinobu!" Keitaro called out while walking with Naru and Mutsumi.

" Hi Urashima-Sempai!" Shinobu waved at Kei

" Have you seen Sato and the others?" Kei asked

" They're in charge of the dumpling food booth" Su informed them

" I think their shift is about over by now." Shinobu added

" Hey Keitaro! =^_^=" Sato ran towards Keitaro

" Hey there" Rem said while Yaite nodded when he saw the others.

" That was a tough crowd, I'm glad our shifts over…" Rem stretched

" It's too bad, just now the people calmed down and now the dumpling booth is neglected…" Sato said

" Maybe because the vendors are not that good looking…" Naru pointed at the booth and saw Shinrai and Haitani.

" I thought they said there are a lot of girls buying from this booth but now…not even an ant will come near this booth…" Shinrai whined

" I guess were cursed or something…." Haitani explained

" Poor guys…" Naru felt sorry for the two.

" Let's change the subject, I heard Frost is one of the group who entered the Float parade. I hope his group wins." Rem crossed his arms

" Now that you mentioned it…I hope he wins =^_^="

At the place where Frost's< i>group left their float:

" W-what happened?" Frost stood in shock

His group found their Godzilla float full of vandalism and it was really ruined. At this rate they will never win the float contest. Frost was enraged and punched the nearby tree

" Who did this?"

" I don't know man, but we can't win the contest with this…" His classmates said in a disappointed tone

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Frost and the others looked back to see who was laughing and saw the gang of bullies he humiliated the other day.

" YOU!" Frost said angrily

" Hahaha what now hot shot? This is what you get for messing with us!"

Frost stood in silence as he tried to calm down

" What you gonna do now? You can't win the contest with this garbage, oh wait it was garbage to begin with!" The bully leader sneered

Then Frost suddenly grabbed the bully by the shoulder and slammed him on the wall. His companions tried to help him but Frost didn't even break a sweat in bringing them down.

" Hey LET ME GO!" The Bully tried to shake him off.

Frost gave a powerful punch, but he didn't target the bully but instead the wall. His punch made a crater in the wall because of the force.

" You" Frost's eyes were burning with fury and the bully just froze with fear.

" You have no idea what you got yourself into!" Frost was blinded with fury and prepared to punch the bully this time.

Only a few seconds before he hits the bully he stopped and let go the bully who fell down on his knees shaking with fear. He paused for a while to think and when he calmed himself down he said

" Go, and don't show your face to me again"

The bully crawled away in fear with his companions.

" Frost are you okay?" one of his classmates asked

" Yeah, but our float is not…wait a minute…" Frost thought of something.

" Let's just enter the contest with this, if you look at it it's not that bad." Frost suggested

" You're right, we have a chance…" his classmate agreed.

Later that day, Yuki won the relay race she entered, while Frost and his group's Godzilla Graffiti float won second place. It turned out that it was not that bad. All in all the school sports festival turned out just fine. At nightfall the students had the traditional dance around the bon fire. Frost just stood watching his classmates dance. He saw Shinobu and Su dance too. Su did this crazy dance that left her partner confused. As Frost stared at the dancing students Miya slowly approached him.

" Uhhh hello…" Miya started

" Hey…" Frost replied.

" …"

"…"

" You…want to say something?" Frost asked

" Ah…I…I was just wondering if you wanted to dance with me?" Miya kept her head down and did not look at Frost

" Why not?" Frost walked towards Miya

" R-really?" Miya was surprised Frost did not refuse

Frost held out his hand to Miya, who timidly went with him towards the bon fire and joined the other students. Frost was a good dancer; he kept on supporting Miya who was not that good. He kept silent and concentrated on dancing with her. For Miya it was like being cradled to sleep because of Frost's gentle touch. As they danced around the fire it was a moment Miya can never forget. When it was time to change partners Frost went out of the group and walked away.

" Where are you gong?" Miya asked

" I agreed to dance with you right? And so I will only dance with you and no one else tonight…dancing isn't really my style" Frost walked away

Miya just smiled.

Whew, I finished it, sorry it took a while, I was thinking of a good theme and came across this one and also college gets complicated by the day hehehe At least I was able to update all the chapters up to this one. Hope you guys enjoyed this chapter hehehe thanks.

Oh and I decided to extend the chapters a bit so it will not end in 20 chapters maybe I'll add 3 more or so. Okay see ya in the next chapters.
