A/N: This Naruto is a darker version of his cannon self, but it really won't be showing till a few more chapters. Anyways, we time skipped through the training as it would just be boring to read four years of train. Sure, we'll give you some flashbacks to give you some insight on what happened in the following chapters. Anyways, sit back and enjoy.
ZtBPA/N: For all those who are wondering why I haven't updating Shattered Ice... It's because the chapter was deleted... Sorry. I'll try to get it out tomorrow.
The pairing is still undecided, but Haku still firmly in the lead till Naruto can interact with Temari and Tenten. Yes there is some relationship building between Naruto and Haku this chapter, but it's merely just forming a bond between them.

In the grassy plains, two figures were seated Indian style with there eyes close, as if they were concentrating on something. The larger of the two was around six foot five while the smaller looked to be around twelve years old and was just a bit taller then five foot.
The larger of the two had an pale, creamy white skin covering most of his body while his tail and legs' skin was a deep purple. On his head, there was two odd shaped antenna. On each hand and foot, he had three, round fingers/toes. He wore no clothing, mainly because he wasn't human therefore he really didn't need clothing.
The young teen wore a orange t-shirt with a black unzipped jacket over it. His pants were deep black but had orange cuffs and linings. He wore a wrist band on each arm and two similar, but slightly larger, bands on his ankles. He was muscular, but not overly so as his frame was more athletic than that of a body builder. But his main features were his sunshine blonde, spiky hair, tanned skin, a blonde and orange tail wrapped around his waist and three whisker marks on each cheek.
These two were none other than Mewtwo and his ward, Naruto after four years of training.
The rocks and other small objects around Naruto began to slowly lift into the air as a light reddish purple aura glowed around him. "Calm down. Focus your mind without releasing the energy being stored." Mewtwo spoke telepathically as he sensed his ward releasing his mental energy.
Taking a deep breath, Naruto did just that as the small objects fell back to the earth as the energy around him faded around him. Mewtwo nodded mentally as he continued meditating and focusing his mind.
After a few more minutes of this, a familiar female voice made it's presence known. "You two about finished yet, or do I have to throw you two in the pit."
Both of their eyes snapped open as they lost all focus and control over their psychic powers as they jumped up in fright. Kyuubi smirked at both of them before shaking her head a bit. "Well, at least that got you two up."
Mewtwo glared at the fox demoness in front of him as Naruto was tempted to learn a seal to shut Kyuubi up for good. Of course this just made her smirk more before shaking her head slightly. "Yeah, anyways we will be leaving today."
Both looked up at her in surprise making Kyuubi sigh in annoyance. "It has been four years. All of us have been training almost the entire time except for when we slept or were injured... well when you guys were injured. Anyways, both of you have grown strong enough to live and travel through the outside world. Make no mistake though, both of you can still be defeat."
Naruto nodded in understanding as he knew it to be true as Zabuza wiped the floor with him every time they trained. He shuddered lightly while mumbling something about sadistic swordsmen as Mewtwo thought over everything in the past few years.
Sure, he had grown stronger than he could have possibly believed. But the fact was that he still wasn't strong enough to beat the stronger shinobi of this world. And that irritated him. He wanted to grow stronger, yet he knew that without testing himself his strength would be meaningless. Shaking that thought off, he nodded his head.
"Alright. What are we going to do with them though." He pointed towards Haku and Zabuza who were currently testing their bloodline and reading a certain orange book respectively.
Kyuubi sighed and shook her head as she looked at the two. She couldn't honestly care. She liked the girl, Haku, but she wasn't as adept to illusions as she hoped for. The went with the swordsmen. She like his sadism when it came to training, but overall she really didn't care for him. "I don't care. It's up to you to decide if they should come or if they should head off on their own."
Mewtwo nodded his head a bit as he looked back over at the two. He wasn't sure himself as that was the reason he asked. The only reason he had brought the man along was to train Naruto. But it had seemed that Naruto and the girl had grown close over the years. Not in a lover fashion, but as friends, maybe siblings. And this was helped as both had similar past, for different reasons.
He looked over towards Naruto as he continued thinking about what to do as Kyuubi went up in a poof of smoke and headed back into the seal. Naruto on the other hand wasn't sure what to think. He wouldn't mind being away from the sadistic swordsmen known as Zabuza, but Haku was a different story. He wasn't sure that he wanted to be separated from his only friend besides his care taker, who didn't consider him one.
Naruto smiled a bit as he went through all the memories that didn't involve him being nearly killed in the process. As he went through them, he couldn't help but remember the first time he had hit a sore spot in Haku's life. Asking about her past.
(Flashback)
A ten year old Naruto was sweating profusely as he limped off towards the kitchen. He mumbled something about killing his tenant under his breathe with each hard earned step. He was already tired from his kenjutsu training with Zabuza, but Kyuubi had to come and put these new wrist and ankle bands on him.
It wasn't as if they were to heavy as they were only fifteen pounds, but the seals on them made it nearly impossible to move. It was because they used his own chakra to restrict his own movements. So in order to move, he had to constantly flow his chakra through him to move. But this wasn't the hard part. Somehow, the said seals would lock up if he flowed to much chakra through his system. So he had to flow a certain amount to be able to move.
As he limped into the kitchen, he noticed Haku over the stove, making something that smelled nice. His stomach growled loudly, not caring that it wasn't ramen being made. He blushed lightly as Haku turned her head around and smiled lightly at him. "Hungry I see."
Naruto nodded a bit as he still was blushing a bit. Haku smiled a bit more before nodding. "Alright, I made more than enough for two people. So just wait in the living room till I'm finished."
Smiling a bit, Naruto nodded lightly before struggling to walk towards the living room. It took a few minutes, but he managed to make it as he plopped himself down on the couch. Not a few minutes later, Haku walked in carrying two bowls of what she was cooking and placed one on the coffee table in front of Naruto.
She had noticed the bands on Naruto's wrist and ankles and the seals on them and figured them to be the same that she had put on her a week ago, except maybe a bit stronger as Naruto had a enormous chakra reserve that would probably pass Zabuza's within a year or two. Shaking that thought off, she smiled lightly at him as he picked up the bowl and slowly began to eat.
After a few minutes, both put their plates on the coffee table. Naruto couldn't help but burp as his stomach was satisfied from the noodle soup that wasn't ramen. He blushed a bit and covered his mouth as Haku bit her lip to keep herself from giggling at him. "Sorry."
Haku just shook her head at him. "It's okay. I take it as a complement. That's what Zabuza-sama does all the time anyways."
Naruto shook his head at that as he attempted to stretch out, but couldn't as he forgotten about his wrist bands. Sighing, he looked over to Haku as she stood up and was about to grab the bowl. As she just picked them up, a question popped up in his head. "Hey Haku. Why is it you're with Zabuza-san when we found you two? He doesn't seem to be the type to look after a kid, so it doesn't make any sense why you were with him."
She flinched at his question and shattered the bowls in her hand as memories of her past returned to her. Without warning, she stormed off leaving him confused as to what he did wrong. He couldn't read minds with his telepathy, but he could read emotions which at times was more useful then reading their mind. Yet he had to wonder, why was there so much sadness coming from her after he asked the question.
Flowing his chakra through him so he could get up, he did exactly that and somehow managed to create a Tsuchi Bunshin to clean up the mess before heading towards where Haku went.
He quickly found her in a vacant room, curled up in a corner. This confused him even more as to why she was acting like this, but he decided that he was going to get to the bottom of this. Walking up to her carefully and as silently as he could at the moment, he knelt down besides her. "Haku, what's wrong? Did I say something I shouldn't?"
Haku looked up from her knees and at Naruto's worried face. She shook her head as she placed her head back into her knees. "You did nothing wrong... I just..."
Naruto looked at her curiously and worriedly. From his emotion reading, all he was getting was sadness and pain and the way she looked was relaying that pretty well. He wasn't exactly sure what to do, but from his experiences on feeling like this he went with the only he knew to do. He gave her a light hug.
She jumped at his contact as she wasn't expecting it. But something about his touch made her feel a bit better. She wasn't sure why though, but she wasn't going to complain now. She slowly leaned into his touch and let his strange warmth flow through her.
He smiled a bit at her as her mood seemed to lift a bit, but he was still confused on what made her so sad so quickly. But he wasn't going to push it right now. He just reminded himself to learn about it later.
(Flashback End)
'Wait... I still haven't asked her about her past. Must have slipped my mind as I was surviving the psycho's training.' Naruto shook that thought off his head as he noticed his care taker walk towards the two of discussion.
Zabuza lifted his head from his book and pocketed it seeing Mewtwo walking towards him. Haku did the same as she stopped going through the hand seals for Makyo Hyo Sho and looked towards Mewtwo and the trailing Naruto. Both noted the somewhat saddened face of Naruto's as he had a good idea on what Mewtwo was going to decided.
Mewtwo on the other hand hadn't made up a decision himself and really didn't care all to much, so he was going to put this on Zabuza. "Swordsmen, we are leaving here today. I will give you a choice. Either leave and travel with us, or leave and continue what you were doing before you ran into us."
The swordsmen of the Mist was surprised at this statement as he was kind of liking it her, except when he pissed off Kyuubi. He shivered at the thought, but he knew that staying here wasn't an option as only Kyuubi had access to the storage room and that was how she continued restocking the refrigerator and other stuff like that.
He honestly thought that he would just be forced to travel with them as he lost his rematch against Mewtwo two years ago. That being said, he was glad he had the freedom to leave, yet at the same time he still could be beaten by people after his head. Haku could help as she had grown stronger over the years and knew with her bloodline, that she could would be able to fend off many of them.
That was another thing he had to think about. Haku and the gaki had grown somewhat closer together. Now, he might be a hard ass ninety-nine percent of the time, but he had one soft spot that practically no one could attack. He loved Haku like a daughter, yet he refused to show it on the outside to avoid people attacking his only weakness.
Zabuza mentally sighed as he thought what to do before he decided on what he wanted most. "Well see you. Haku, we're leaving so get your stuff and say goodbye."
Mewtwo was actually slightly surprised by Zabuza's answer as he'd figure he would have gone with him, but he guessed wrong. Then again, unless reading his mind, the swordsmen was almost impossible to read. Shaking his head mentally, he nodded at his answer as Haku walked up to Naruto.
Naruto sighed a bit before faking his foxy smile at her. "Well, I guess this is the last time we'll be seeing each other for a while Haku."
The young ice mistress nodded back as she smiled sadly back. "I guess so Naruto-san."
The hanyou jinchuuriki nodded before his tail wrapped around Haku's waist without warning and gave her a light hug. Naruto grabbed his tail and began strangling it to release Haku while she giggled lightly at the feel of it. After a few seconds, it finally gave up and wrapped back around Naruto's waist. Once it did, Naruto sighed a bit before nodding towards Haku.
"Bye Haku."
"You to Naruto-san." She bowed slightly before heading towards Zabuza. The said swordsmen nodded before he grinned psychotically at Naruto, making the young blonde back up in fear. "See you around gaki. Never found someone so fun to train the way I wanted to."
Naruto shivered at the thought as that wasn't a good thing before nodding at him. Giving one last wave at Haku, both she and her master left the room, heading towards the door to start their life once more.
Mewtwo shook his head a bit sensing Naruto's depression on his friend and sensei leaving, but he knew it was going to happen sooner or later so there was nothing to do about it. After a few moments, he spoke up. "Naruto, get your things from your room. We leave in five minutes."
The young hanyou nodded and headed off towards his room and quickly packed the few things he had into his pack with a few pictures Kyuubi had taken of them as they had trained. Of course these ranged from all four of them standing in the picture, both Mewtwo and Zabuza looking stoically as Haku and himself smiled brightly and pictures of Zabuza chasing Naruto waving his sword in the air like a mad man.
As he finished packing them, he walked out of the room and entered the living room to see Mewtwo waiting for him. He was abut to walk over to him when Kyuubi spoke up from within his mind. "Kit, take the picture on the stand next to you."
Naruto blinked at his and turned to it to see another picture of Kyuubi with the dog women and cat teen. He was slightly confused by this, but he did so not wanting to disobey his tenant. He quickly packed it making Mewtwo raise a non existent eye brow at him, but shrugged as he figured it was something Kyuubi wanted to take with them.
Once Naruto zipped up his pack again, he walked towards Mewtwo who nodded and opened the door before heading outside Kyuubi's den for the first time in four years. Blinking their eyes a few times at the sun gleaming in their eyes, Naruto pulled out a map of the element countries and gazed at a second before folding it up and handing it to Mewtwo as he had no clue where they were going.
Mewtwo shook his head again as pushed the map back to Naruto as he had memorized it already. Shrugging, he pocketed it before following Mewtwo, slightly surprised they weren't flying to their destination. Of course Mewtwo had thought about flying, but he really didn't want to today. For some reason, he felt that he was going to need all the energy he had.
Naruto continued following his care taker as he looked around at the dense forest around him, admiring it's beauty during the day's light. He had to admit, Kyuubi knew what she was doing when she built her home here. It was a well secluded place that few knew of, much less could get to due to the illusions covering the area, but had a other worldly beauty to it. It just seemed that this forest was something from prehistoric times.
From within him, Kyuubi smiled a bit at the complement before shaking her head as she searched the surrounding area for any threats. She like Mewtwo had an odd feeling soon as they left her den. It was like they were being watched. But watched by what was what she wanted to know. She refrained from growling a bit, thinking that it could have been the same one from twelve years ago but she knew it wasn't as he would have shown himself by now.
Not liking this at all, she was about to tell Mewtwo to head back to the den as she had a bad feeling about this when the walked onto the road that lead to a small village in Hi no Kuni to the border to Kaminari no Kuni. But that wasn't what had stopped her from telling him, it was the man from Naruto's memory that did.
Naruto's eyes widen as he instantly recognized him, but couldn't place his name. 'Okay. Black, raven colored hair. Yeah, he's got that. Red eyes with three little circular dots in his eyes. Yeah, those to. Looks passive as ever. Check. Oh this is Sasuke's aniki, Itachi! I wonder why he's out here with this weird shark guy and wearing that black cloak with red clouds on it. Hey wait, both of their head bands are slashed.'
From over with Kisame, Itachi was going through the same procedures in his brain. 'Okay, sunshine blonde, spiky hair. Check. Vibrant blue eyes. Check, but they seem a bit different than before. Three whisker marks on cheeks. Check, okay this is my target... Wait. Why is their a fox tail wrapped around his waist? When the hell did Naruto get that?'
Both looked each other for a few more seconds before Itachi spoke to his partner while keeping his eyes set on the blonde in front of him. "Well, it seems our target has finally showed his self."
Kisame looked at both Mewtwo and Naruto before turning to Itachi. "You sure? They just look like to weirdoes to me."
Itachi twitched in annoyance as he turned his gaze off of Naruto and glared at Kisame. "This coming from a man that looked like his mother mated with a shark."
The said shark man eye brows twitch at his partner's comment, no matter how true his statement was. "Fine, point taken. But do not joke about that."
Itachi nodded as he turned back towards Naruto, only to find Mewtwo standing in front of him, getting the jest of what they wanted. His eyes glowed deep violet as he tried to pierce into the Uchiha's mind, seeing as he was someone from Naruto's past. He was immensely surprised at the amount of barriers that kept him out of his mind, and not all were set up by him. It seemed some were set up by another psychic.
His eyes narrowed at this development. He could pierce through them, but it would take a few moments to do so, and it looked like they weren't going to give him that kind of time it seemed as the shark man spoke up. "Hey Itachi, can I cut off the brat's legs so he won't be able to run away."
The said Uchiha narrowed his eyes as he felt something trying to pry into his head. He nodded at Kisame's question as he looked towards the odd creature in front of Naruto. "Fine. I'll deal with this one. He seems... interesting."
Kisame smirked viciously as he heard that and rushed towards the two. Mewtwo was ready to counter when his eyes widened as the Uchiha prodigy suddenly appeared right in front of him in a blink of an eye and threw shuriken them towards him. At such a close range and the speed they were traveling, Mewtwo knew his psychic powers wouldn't be able to stop them from hitting him, so he jumped out of the way and knocked Naruto out of their way with a swipe of his tail.
Mewtwo quickly landed on his feet as his eyes glowed bright violet as he grabbed the shuriken with his mind and sent them back to their owner. Itachi's eyes widen in surprise seeing this, but that didn't last long as he pulled out a few more and counter them with a quick flick of his wrist. That was all the opening Mewtwo needed as he used Psychic and quickly sent it towards the Uchiha.
Unable to block the attack as his eyes couldn't see it, Itachi stumbled back in shock as he had no clue what hit him. Mewtwo took advantage of this as he grabbed all the stray shuriken on the ground as he rushed towards Itachi and landed a palm strike on his chest. Just as he did so he duck down and avoid the shuriken he threw while gather energy for a Shadow ball in his hand.
Itachi's eyes widen at the creatures speed as he was caught off guard with the invisible attack. He couldn't block his strike to his chest, but his eyes widen as it ducked to the ground only to see the shuriken flying towards him. Using his quickest reflexes, he managed to catch them, but he didn't expect to be hit by a ball of pure energy. He flew back into a tree and created a light crater, before turning into a flock of ravens.
Mewtwo's eyes widen as he noticed it was an illusion and barely managed to put up a barrier, keeping him from becoming a pin cushion for kunai and shuriken. He quickly picked up a stray kunai with his hand as his eyes glowed a violent violet as he glared at Itachi.
The Uchiha glared back at Mewtwo with narrowed eyes. It didn't make any sense. How come his Sharingan couldn't pick up these attacks. Sure he could see them, but they didn't have a trace of chakra in them so he couldn't break them down and analyze them. And without chakra, there was no foresight for him to use. He narrowed his eyes more as he pulled out a kunai of his own and waited patiently for his opponent to make the next move.
Unfortunately, he already was as Mewtwo was breaking down his mental barriers. Itachi's eyes widen as he sensed this and rushed towards Mewtwo, not going to give him a chance to do so. Mewtwo quickly grabbed the hand holding the kunai as Itachi did the same with him. Mewtwo mentally smirked seeing this as the air around him began to cackle.
Itachi's eyes widen once more as he wrenched himself free as he managed to dodge the concentrated Thunder. He quickly rolled back onto his feet and rushed Mewtwo once more as he felt his mind being probed. Mewtwo on the other hand started gathering energy for another Shadow Ball as Itachi rushed him. Seeing the ball that destroyed his raven genjutsu, he jumped back as he went through a few hand seals before breathing deeply.
"Katon: Hosenka no Jutsu!"
Dozens of small fireballs flew out of the Uchiha's mouth and towards Mewtwo. He quickly created a barrier that deflected the fireballs from hitting him. His eyes narrowed as he saw the Uchiha prodigy turn into a plum of smoke. Using a burst of power, he fell into the air as Itachi burst from the ground wielding a kunai in hand, slashing the air where Mewtwo was at.
His eyes narrowed as he looked all over to find his opponent before his eyes widen as he jumped backwards to see a large ball similar to the one that destroyed his raven genjutsu slam into the ground from above. His eyes widen in mild shock as he noticed the creature he was fighting was floating in mid air as it was nothing. His eyes quick narrowed seeing this, knowing no creature should be able to fly without wings of some sort.
Mewtwo smirked seeing this and decided to stay in the air, making it all the more difficult for his opponent. With a quick glow of his eyes, he flew towards Itachi with speeds his feet couldn't match as he used a Double Team to confuse the Uchiha prodigy.
Unfortunately for him, with the Sharingan, Itachi could see which one of him was the real one as it was similar to Bunshin and was let the illusions pass by him before grabbing the leg of Mewtwo as he tried to kick him. He quickly tried to counter with a few shuriken, but he felt Mewtwo grip his wrist to keep him from throwing them.
He narrowed his eyes as he tried to kick the psychic pokemon off, only for his leg to be grabbed in the process. Seeing his tail, he quickly stomped on it to keep him from hitting him with it. His eyes widen as he felt his mind being probed once more and tried to break free, but he found himself unable to move. He narrowed his eyes as he flared his chakra to try and break free.
Mewtwo narrowed his eyes a bit as his eyes glowed brightly, using this time to pierce through the Uchiha's barriers. Feeling him struggle against his mental hold on him, he knew it wouldn't be long till his opponent broke free, but he didn't need to much longer. Taking the last barrier down, he smirked as he entered the Uchiha's mind for a brief second before being pushed out as the Uchiha broke free from his mental hold and formed a few more barriers.
His eyes narrowed as he jumped back and glared at the man in front of him. From what he gathered, this man was mentally sick for what he did to his own family and for the reason he kept his brother alive. But more importantly, he found out the reason they were targeting Naruto. Using his telepathy, he tried to contact Kyuubi.
Naruto grunted in pain from his care takers tail swipe, but he understood the reason. But he didn't have much time to think about that as Kisame was on him. Quickly pulling out his katana, he attempted to parry his down stroke, only to find out one thing. He was seriously out matched in strength. If it wasn't for the fact that Kyuubi forged this sword from the toughest metal in the planet, he was sure he would have been seriously injured.
Using the brief seconds the katana gave him, he jumped off and quickly slipped out his wrist and ankle bands knowing he was going to need to be at full strength to even stand a chance. But this rose a question in his mind. Why were they attacking them? In fact why did they want him as Itachi said they found their target while looking at him.
From within him, Kyuubi narrowed her eyes as she was thinking along the same line. She didn't know what they wanted and couldn't check unless Naruto summoned her outside. Suddenly she heard Mewtwo speaking to her and her eyes widen at the information. She would have told Naruto this, but it didn't seem she was going to get enough time to do so as Kisame was on him again.
Naruto grunted in pain as he barely managed to dodge the swing aimed to take off his head only to get kicked in the stomach. And the kick hurt as he was sent flying and skidded across the ground. 'Ow... That hurt more than Zabuza's. ...Wait. This guy is a nukenin from Kiri? Could he and Zabuza know each other. SHIT!'
He rolled out of the way of another downward swing the would have sliced him in two if he had been in the way. He quickly sprang up and tried to slash the giant shark man's arm, only for him to parry his katana and slam the blunt end up his sword into Naruto's side before dragging it towards him.
Naruto's eyes widen as he screamed in pain as he dropped his katana while the bandages covering the sword tore off with bits of his flesh from his right arm, showing the weirdest looking sword he had ever seen. Kisame smirked hearing Naruto's scream and his seeing his wounds made it larger than before. "How do you like my Samehada? It's a unique sword in that it doesn't cut, but shaves."
Mewtwo's eyes widen as he heard Naruto's scream of pain and took his eyes off from Itachi to see his ward bleeding heavily from his right arm. This slight distraction nearly cost him as Itachi was on him and nearly slit his throat, but he managed to grab the Uchiha's wrist and kicked him in the stomach.
Naruto narrowed his eyes as he panted deeply as he looked at his arm. 'Shit! It's no good like this. Kyuubi, I need your chakra!'
After receiving Mewtwo's message on what these two were planning and seeing how dangerous the situation was, she wasn't going to deny her tenant as she flooded as much chakra into his system as it would take.
Red chakra began seeping around Naruto in a heavy mist as his arm began healing at an accelerated rate. His eyes slowly turned crimson with purple streaks flowing through them. His claws sharpened a bit as his fangs did the same while hardening. The chakra swirled viciously around him as is slowly began to take the shape of a fox with one tail. But to the surprise of his opponent, instead of staying outside like it did around other jinchuurikis, the chakra began to meld and sink into Naruto.

From nearby, Zabuza stopped as he sensed a three large chakra signatures not to far away. His eyes narrowed for a second knowing that no one else should be around here other than Naruto and Mewtwo, and he knew the later didn't even use chakra. Looking over towards Haku, he could see that she sensed it as well, but was more worried than he was.
This made him wonder a bit, but he figured that she was worried about Naruto. He really didn't mind as it was in her nature to be a caring person, no matter how much he wanted to change that. At least he managed to make the gaki more blood thirsty and ruthless when he was in battle though. Shaking that thought off, he turned towards Haku and shook his head. "It's nothing to worry about Haku. Let's go."
She nodded a bit but turned back towards the area the chakra signatures where before following her master towards. Even as much as she wanted to check it out, she wouldn't disobey her master's wishes.
Zabuza shook his head as they continued walking away from the flares until the lowest of the three sky rocketed and felt very familiar as it seemed to be...
"Haku. Let's go check it." Zabuza said as he turned around and rushed towards the chakra flares, somewhat worried himself now that he knew who it was that was fighting. Mainly because he liked the gaki for he was one of the few that truly should be a shinobi, not like all the other wannabes that were out there.
Haku smiled a bit before it turned to worry as she quickly following him towards the chakra signatures.

Kisame's eyes widen a bit before he smirked seeing Naruto lunge towards him without even picking up his katana. The shark like man put Samehada in the way and blocked Naruto's claw slash.
Naruto instantly felt a bit weaker as he touched the sword, as if something drained him. He pulled back and grabbed his katana tail before gripping it tightly in his hand. Something wasn't right about that sword in front of him. A sword that could shave wasn't very useful except for torturing, so it had to do something.
He quickly jumped towards the smirking Kisame and tried to slash at him, only to be parried easily and have the but end hitting him in the chest. His eyes widen as he felt more chakra leave him as he stumbled back and barely avoided being sliced in two by the large sword as he managed to jump out of the way.
"Kit! That sword drains the users chakra! It must be the sword that Sanbi's servant was sealed into as the way it eats chakra is unmistakable!" Kyuubi yelled as she recognized the sword.
Naruto's eyes narrowed hearing this. 'So your telling me this sword eats both of our chakras. Great. Can't fight him in a close range battle without fearing losing chakra.'
"And you can't fight him long range either as it will eat the chakra with each attack, unless you manage to sneak one by him. Kit, if you get a chance, I want you to summon me. Otherwise you will lose this fight and quickly." Kyuubi said in a grim voice. Naruto nodded as he was about to bite his thumb, only to have to dodge Samehada once more.
He rolled out of the way and cursed mentally as there was no water around, making almost all his jutsu useless. Shaking that thought off, he gripped his katana and rushed towards Kisame, feigning to the right.
Kisame wasn't an expert swordsmen and a S-rank nukenin for no reason and easily saw through the faint and easily parried it with Samehada before slamming the but end of it into Naruto's gut and followed with a spin kick to his head, sending him flying into a tree. Not giving him a chance to recover as before, he threw a few shuriken towards him and charged him to end this.
As he hit the tree, it made a small crater in it as he gasped in pain. His eyes widen seeing the shuriken and tried to move out of the way, but failed as two embedded themselves into his collar bone and another two embedded into his pelvis keeping him from moving. He bit his lip as he looked over towards his care taker only to see him in a stalemate with Itachi.
'So this is it huh. Damn. And I didn't even get to show that pathetic village who I really am.' Naruto thought grimly as Kisame moved in for the finishing blow. Kyuubi held her breath in knowing this wouldn't kill him and what was going to happen before she felt two very familiar prescience.
Mewtwo narrowed his eyes as he looked back over Naruto to see him in the tree. He began regretting giving the human and his ward a choice as he dogged the quick slash of Itachi's and counter with a spin kick and a quick Psychic to try and give him time to get to Naruto when he noticed someone coming and smirked seeing who it was before turning back to his opponent, no longer needing to worry for Naruto.
Kisame smirked as reached Naruto and brought Samehada down to give him the knockout blow as he couldn't kill him. As he was mere inches from hitting the dazed hanyou, a large head chopping sword parried his strike before he felt a foot in his gut followed by a dozen senbon embedded into his arms. He skidded a few yards back and looked up to see a face he hadn't seen since they had attempt a coup on the Mizukage.
One Momochi Zabuza.
Haku quickly pulled out the shuriken embedded in Naruto allowing Kyuubi to heal the wounds quickly. He stood up and shook off his daze as he bit his thumb and went through a few hand seals, planning on ending this now.
Itachi narrowed his eyes as he noticed this development. This wasn't going to plan. He had to admit, the Kyuubi jinchuuriki did well to last that long against Kisame in a one on one fight, but with another swordsmen of the mist and a kid of unknown abilities could be enough to defeat Kisame. Plus this being in front of him was slowly gaining the upper hand on him. Of course he hadn't used the Mangekyou yet and that just might be what he need to turn the tides.
A small smirk graced his lips as he began to send more chakra to his eyes to activate the Mangekyou when he noticed the hand seals Naruto was going through, and with the amount of chakra he still had in him, that was just enough for a boss summon, which would mean they would have to retreat as the odds would be stacked against them.
"Kuchiyose no jutsu!"
In a large puff of smoke, Naruto found himself on top of a large reddish-orange fox. But this wasn't Kyuubi as he still felt her inside of him.
Kyuubi on the other hand had her jaw on the floor. 'No way. The gaki just summon him. Him!'
Naruto looked down at the fox he was on top of and noticed it had four flailing tails and deep gold eyes and was about five feet smaller than Kyuubi. The said fox look up in surprise that someone had actually summoned him. He was sure the brat that Kyuubi-sama had given was the only one that had or could sign the contract, so he instantly knew something was wrong if he was summoned and not her.
Looking around he noticed two men wearing black cloaks with red clouds with two large chakra reserves that was near his own. His eyes narrowed as he started growling at them seeing that they were who everyone else was fighting and the others were protecting his summoner from the looks of it.
Itachi looked up at the fox and did the only thing he could do. He cursed out loud. "DAMMIT! Kisame we leave!"
His partner looked at him for a few seconds before nodding as even two S-rank nukenins would have trouble and might even lose with these odds stacked against them. Both quickly disappeared in swirls of leaves. The large fox sniffed the air and shook his head. "They are no longer within the area."
The boss summon knelt down to allow Naruto to fall off his head as he was dead tired. The large fox smirked at him before shaking his head. "Tell the kid when he wakes that he can summon me when he wants, but only in dire situations."
Zabuza nodded numbly looking up at the giant fox before it poofed away as Mewtwo landed besides him. "Seems that you returned."
In response, Zabuza snorted at him. "If I didn't you two would have been killed. And if you die, I can't get another rematch. Plus if the gaki died so quickly after I taught him, I would have been pissed."
Mewtwo and Haku shook their heads as they both could see through his obvious lie, but it was only because they knew how he really thought. Shaking his head, Mewtwo lifted Naruto into the air with his telepathy as Haku picked up his pack as it was shredded of by Samehada and set up his sleeping bag. Mewtwo nodded as he gently laid Naruto into his bag and zipped it up.
Zabuza shook his head as he looked around. "Haku set up camp, I'll get the wood."
She nodded as she pulled her pack off and started to set up camp as Mewtwo laid against the tree to recover a bit from his fight against Itachi.

Mewtwo looked around the camp as Haku cooked dinner in the kettle that Zabuza had sealed in a scroll. Shaking his head as he had no need to eat, he thought about his fight against the Uchiha prodigy.
'It's interesting. He and I seemed to be even for out the entire fight till I started to gain the upper hand in the fight. Part of the reason is that I'm a bit rusty in real battle, but I know he wasn't going all out as he didn't use those eyes. And yet those eyes of his prove how sick he his. To murder your best friend and keeping your brother alive just for power. Hn. Human's really are despicable creatures for the most part.'
As he looked up at the sky as Haku served a bowl for Zabuza, all three of them heard Kyuubi speaking within their minds. 'Everyone, listen closely. I have something important to say.'
All three looked surprise at this, but decided to listen as Kyuubi continued.
'From what Mewtwo gathered in the short time he was in the Uchiha's mind, we have learned that they are part of an organization specifically made to gather all the bijuu for power. This means we will not be the only ones target and each member is as strong as the other. So if all nine of them were to come after me and the kit, there would be no doubt that we would all die in the process.'
Each flinched knowing it was true. Even with Haku and Zabuza's arrival, it was still very possible that they could have lost.
'But I have an idea that could negate this problem.'
All three of them blinked as they were unable to come up with one of their own. Quickly scanning their minds, she smirked seeing Mewtwo was the closes one to her idea as he thought about joining a village to gain protection from them.
'My idea is simple. We take over a Hidden Village. Preferably a weaker one that it would be much easier for us to do so.'
All three chocked as they heard her idea. All three of them were thinking along the same lines when Zabuza decided to speak for them. "Are you insane! Just the four of us and possibly you at limited power taking over a village. News flash, that is not happening! We have a better chance fighting this group after the gaki here!"
Both Mewtwo and Haku nodded in agreement at her ridiculous idea as there was no way they could do such a thing. From within Naruto, Kyuubi just shook her head. 'I wasn't talking about just us. We will have to find people that can help and convince them by any way possible. Once we collect enough, we can have an easier time taking over a village, especially if Mewtwo cloaks us and flies us to the Kage's tower. And I said a weaker village. I was saying take over Iwa or Konoha. That would be insane.'
Mewtwo eyes widen for a second thinking about that. 'That could work. Plus if I get the proper equipment, I might be able to make that clone machine that I was thinking about before I was brought here. If I could do that, I probably could experiment and see if I can clone a human... Maybe the swordsmen.'
Meanwhile, Zabuza was still a bit doubtful. "Alright, if we can get recruits to do such a thing and actually get to village tower, what would happen if your plan would fail. We'd die that's what."
Kyuubi shook her head once more as she answered flawlessly. 'That's were I or Misao, the boss fox summon, come in. Even if we fail, the kit here can summon either one of us, possibly both with more training, and we'll be able to escape.'
Zabuza shut up at this and thought it over. 'Hm. Not bad, the only problem is if the gaki gets knocked out, but if we can find a few more people that can summon, we would stand a chance.'
"Alright, that could work, but it also matters on the village we pick. Even if they are weakened from the bloodline purge and middle of a civil war, Kiri is still strong enough to thwart us just like Konoha, Iwa, Kumo and Suna would be able to do. So that leaves Ame, Kusa, Taki and a few other villages I don't feel like naming. Ami would be the best choice seeing they are in a civil war..."
"No. From what I gathered from the Uchiha's mind, the leader of their group is the head of the rebellion over there. So Ame is out of the question." Responded Mewtwo as he looked over at the sleeping Naruto.
Kyuubi thought for a few more minutes before answering. 'Kusagakure is our best bet. They are still very weak from trying to help Iwa in the IwaKono war and the fact that Hachimata raided their village for food around the same time I attack Konoha.'
The others eyes widen for a second before nodding a bit as it did make sense. Mewtwo looked over at Zabuza and Haku who nodded lightly, wanting to get away from life on the run, before looking towards Naruto and sighing mentally. "Then it is settled. In the mourning when he has recovered, we tell him of our plans before splitting up to find recruits for our cause."
Both Haku and Zabuza nodded and started to eat their chilled stew as Mewtwo sighed mentally as he looked over at the sleeping hanyou jinchuuriki. For some reason, he knew it would be hard to explain it to him.
ZtBPA/N: For all those who are wondering why I haven't updating Shattered Ice... It's because the chapter was deleted... Sorry. I'll try to get it out tomorrow.
The pairing is still undecided, but Haku still firmly in the lead till Naruto can interact with Temari and Tenten. Yes there is some relationship building between Naruto and Haku this chapter, but it's merely just forming a bond between them.

In the grassy plains, two figures were seated Indian style with there eyes close, as if they were concentrating on something. The larger of the two was around six foot five while the smaller looked to be around twelve years old and was just a bit taller then five foot.
The larger of the two had an pale, creamy white skin covering most of his body while his tail and legs' skin was a deep purple. On his head, there was two odd shaped antenna. On each hand and foot, he had three, round fingers/toes. He wore no clothing, mainly because he wasn't human therefore he really didn't need clothing.
The young teen wore a orange t-shirt with a black unzipped jacket over it. His pants were deep black but had orange cuffs and linings. He wore a wrist band on each arm and two similar, but slightly larger, bands on his ankles. He was muscular, but not overly so as his frame was more athletic than that of a body builder. But his main features were his sunshine blonde, spiky hair, tanned skin, a blonde and orange tail wrapped around his waist and three whisker marks on each cheek.
These two were none other than Mewtwo and his ward, Naruto after four years of training.
The rocks and other small objects around Naruto began to slowly lift into the air as a light reddish purple aura glowed around him. "Calm down. Focus your mind without releasing the energy being stored." Mewtwo spoke telepathically as he sensed his ward releasing his mental energy.
Taking a deep breath, Naruto did just that as the small objects fell back to the earth as the energy around him faded around him. Mewtwo nodded mentally as he continued meditating and focusing his mind.
After a few more minutes of this, a familiar female voice made it's presence known. "You two about finished yet, or do I have to throw you two in the pit."
Both of their eyes snapped open as they lost all focus and control over their psychic powers as they jumped up in fright. Kyuubi smirked at both of them before shaking her head a bit. "Well, at least that got you two up."
Mewtwo glared at the fox demoness in front of him as Naruto was tempted to learn a seal to shut Kyuubi up for good. Of course this just made her smirk more before shaking her head slightly. "Yeah, anyways we will be leaving today."
Both looked up at her in surprise making Kyuubi sigh in annoyance. "It has been four years. All of us have been training almost the entire time except for when we slept or were injured... well when you guys were injured. Anyways, both of you have grown strong enough to live and travel through the outside world. Make no mistake though, both of you can still be defeat."
Naruto nodded in understanding as he knew it to be true as Zabuza wiped the floor with him every time they trained. He shuddered lightly while mumbling something about sadistic swordsmen as Mewtwo thought over everything in the past few years.
Sure, he had grown stronger than he could have possibly believed. But the fact was that he still wasn't strong enough to beat the stronger shinobi of this world. And that irritated him. He wanted to grow stronger, yet he knew that without testing himself his strength would be meaningless. Shaking that thought off, he nodded his head.
"Alright. What are we going to do with them though." He pointed towards Haku and Zabuza who were currently testing their bloodline and reading a certain orange book respectively.
Kyuubi sighed and shook her head as she looked at the two. She couldn't honestly care. She liked the girl, Haku, but she wasn't as adept to illusions as she hoped for. The went with the swordsmen. She like his sadism when it came to training, but overall she really didn't care for him. "I don't care. It's up to you to decide if they should come or if they should head off on their own."
Mewtwo nodded his head a bit as he looked back over at the two. He wasn't sure himself as that was the reason he asked. The only reason he had brought the man along was to train Naruto. But it had seemed that Naruto and the girl had grown close over the years. Not in a lover fashion, but as friends, maybe siblings. And this was helped as both had similar past, for different reasons.
He looked over towards Naruto as he continued thinking about what to do as Kyuubi went up in a poof of smoke and headed back into the seal. Naruto on the other hand wasn't sure what to think. He wouldn't mind being away from the sadistic swordsmen known as Zabuza, but Haku was a different story. He wasn't sure that he wanted to be separated from his only friend besides his care taker, who didn't consider him one.
Naruto smiled a bit as he went through all the memories that didn't involve him being nearly killed in the process. As he went through them, he couldn't help but remember the first time he had hit a sore spot in Haku's life. Asking about her past.
(Flashback)
A ten year old Naruto was sweating profusely as he limped off towards the kitchen. He mumbled something about killing his tenant under his breathe with each hard earned step. He was already tired from his kenjutsu training with Zabuza, but Kyuubi had to come and put these new wrist and ankle bands on him.
It wasn't as if they were to heavy as they were only fifteen pounds, but the seals on them made it nearly impossible to move. It was because they used his own chakra to restrict his own movements. So in order to move, he had to constantly flow his chakra through him to move. But this wasn't the hard part. Somehow, the said seals would lock up if he flowed to much chakra through his system. So he had to flow a certain amount to be able to move.
As he limped into the kitchen, he noticed Haku over the stove, making something that smelled nice. His stomach growled loudly, not caring that it wasn't ramen being made. He blushed lightly as Haku turned her head around and smiled lightly at him. "Hungry I see."
Naruto nodded a bit as he still was blushing a bit. Haku smiled a bit more before nodding. "Alright, I made more than enough for two people. So just wait in the living room till I'm finished."
Smiling a bit, Naruto nodded lightly before struggling to walk towards the living room. It took a few minutes, but he managed to make it as he plopped himself down on the couch. Not a few minutes later, Haku walked in carrying two bowls of what she was cooking and placed one on the coffee table in front of Naruto.
She had noticed the bands on Naruto's wrist and ankles and the seals on them and figured them to be the same that she had put on her a week ago, except maybe a bit stronger as Naruto had a enormous chakra reserve that would probably pass Zabuza's within a year or two. Shaking that thought off, she smiled lightly at him as he picked up the bowl and slowly began to eat.
After a few minutes, both put their plates on the coffee table. Naruto couldn't help but burp as his stomach was satisfied from the noodle soup that wasn't ramen. He blushed a bit and covered his mouth as Haku bit her lip to keep herself from giggling at him. "Sorry."
Haku just shook her head at him. "It's okay. I take it as a complement. That's what Zabuza-sama does all the time anyways."
Naruto shook his head at that as he attempted to stretch out, but couldn't as he forgotten about his wrist bands. Sighing, he looked over to Haku as she stood up and was about to grab the bowl. As she just picked them up, a question popped up in his head. "Hey Haku. Why is it you're with Zabuza-san when we found you two? He doesn't seem to be the type to look after a kid, so it doesn't make any sense why you were with him."
She flinched at his question and shattered the bowls in her hand as memories of her past returned to her. Without warning, she stormed off leaving him confused as to what he did wrong. He couldn't read minds with his telepathy, but he could read emotions which at times was more useful then reading their mind. Yet he had to wonder, why was there so much sadness coming from her after he asked the question.
Flowing his chakra through him so he could get up, he did exactly that and somehow managed to create a Tsuchi Bunshin to clean up the mess before heading towards where Haku went.
He quickly found her in a vacant room, curled up in a corner. This confused him even more as to why she was acting like this, but he decided that he was going to get to the bottom of this. Walking up to her carefully and as silently as he could at the moment, he knelt down besides her. "Haku, what's wrong? Did I say something I shouldn't?"
Haku looked up from her knees and at Naruto's worried face. She shook her head as she placed her head back into her knees. "You did nothing wrong... I just..."
Naruto looked at her curiously and worriedly. From his emotion reading, all he was getting was sadness and pain and the way she looked was relaying that pretty well. He wasn't exactly sure what to do, but from his experiences on feeling like this he went with the only he knew to do. He gave her a light hug.
She jumped at his contact as she wasn't expecting it. But something about his touch made her feel a bit better. She wasn't sure why though, but she wasn't going to complain now. She slowly leaned into his touch and let his strange warmth flow through her.
He smiled a bit at her as her mood seemed to lift a bit, but he was still confused on what made her so sad so quickly. But he wasn't going to push it right now. He just reminded himself to learn about it later.
(Flashback End)
'Wait... I still haven't asked her about her past. Must have slipped my mind as I was surviving the psycho's training.' Naruto shook that thought off his head as he noticed his care taker walk towards the two of discussion.
Zabuza lifted his head from his book and pocketed it seeing Mewtwo walking towards him. Haku did the same as she stopped going through the hand seals for Makyo Hyo Sho and looked towards Mewtwo and the trailing Naruto. Both noted the somewhat saddened face of Naruto's as he had a good idea on what Mewtwo was going to decided.
Mewtwo on the other hand hadn't made up a decision himself and really didn't care all to much, so he was going to put this on Zabuza. "Swordsmen, we are leaving here today. I will give you a choice. Either leave and travel with us, or leave and continue what you were doing before you ran into us."
The swordsmen of the Mist was surprised at this statement as he was kind of liking it her, except when he pissed off Kyuubi. He shivered at the thought, but he knew that staying here wasn't an option as only Kyuubi had access to the storage room and that was how she continued restocking the refrigerator and other stuff like that.
He honestly thought that he would just be forced to travel with them as he lost his rematch against Mewtwo two years ago. That being said, he was glad he had the freedom to leave, yet at the same time he still could be beaten by people after his head. Haku could help as she had grown stronger over the years and knew with her bloodline, that she could would be able to fend off many of them.
That was another thing he had to think about. Haku and the gaki had grown somewhat closer together. Now, he might be a hard ass ninety-nine percent of the time, but he had one soft spot that practically no one could attack. He loved Haku like a daughter, yet he refused to show it on the outside to avoid people attacking his only weakness.
Zabuza mentally sighed as he thought what to do before he decided on what he wanted most. "Well see you. Haku, we're leaving so get your stuff and say goodbye."
Mewtwo was actually slightly surprised by Zabuza's answer as he'd figure he would have gone with him, but he guessed wrong. Then again, unless reading his mind, the swordsmen was almost impossible to read. Shaking his head mentally, he nodded at his answer as Haku walked up to Naruto.
Naruto sighed a bit before faking his foxy smile at her. "Well, I guess this is the last time we'll be seeing each other for a while Haku."
The young ice mistress nodded back as she smiled sadly back. "I guess so Naruto-san."
The hanyou jinchuuriki nodded before his tail wrapped around Haku's waist without warning and gave her a light hug. Naruto grabbed his tail and began strangling it to release Haku while she giggled lightly at the feel of it. After a few seconds, it finally gave up and wrapped back around Naruto's waist. Once it did, Naruto sighed a bit before nodding towards Haku.
"Bye Haku."
"You to Naruto-san." She bowed slightly before heading towards Zabuza. The said swordsmen nodded before he grinned psychotically at Naruto, making the young blonde back up in fear. "See you around gaki. Never found someone so fun to train the way I wanted to."
Naruto shivered at the thought as that wasn't a good thing before nodding at him. Giving one last wave at Haku, both she and her master left the room, heading towards the door to start their life once more.
Mewtwo shook his head a bit sensing Naruto's depression on his friend and sensei leaving, but he knew it was going to happen sooner or later so there was nothing to do about it. After a few moments, he spoke up. "Naruto, get your things from your room. We leave in five minutes."
The young hanyou nodded and headed off towards his room and quickly packed the few things he had into his pack with a few pictures Kyuubi had taken of them as they had trained. Of course these ranged from all four of them standing in the picture, both Mewtwo and Zabuza looking stoically as Haku and himself smiled brightly and pictures of Zabuza chasing Naruto waving his sword in the air like a mad man.
As he finished packing them, he walked out of the room and entered the living room to see Mewtwo waiting for him. He was abut to walk over to him when Kyuubi spoke up from within his mind. "Kit, take the picture on the stand next to you."
Naruto blinked at his and turned to it to see another picture of Kyuubi with the dog women and cat teen. He was slightly confused by this, but he did so not wanting to disobey his tenant. He quickly packed it making Mewtwo raise a non existent eye brow at him, but shrugged as he figured it was something Kyuubi wanted to take with them.
Once Naruto zipped up his pack again, he walked towards Mewtwo who nodded and opened the door before heading outside Kyuubi's den for the first time in four years. Blinking their eyes a few times at the sun gleaming in their eyes, Naruto pulled out a map of the element countries and gazed at a second before folding it up and handing it to Mewtwo as he had no clue where they were going.
Mewtwo shook his head again as pushed the map back to Naruto as he had memorized it already. Shrugging, he pocketed it before following Mewtwo, slightly surprised they weren't flying to their destination. Of course Mewtwo had thought about flying, but he really didn't want to today. For some reason, he felt that he was going to need all the energy he had.
Naruto continued following his care taker as he looked around at the dense forest around him, admiring it's beauty during the day's light. He had to admit, Kyuubi knew what she was doing when she built her home here. It was a well secluded place that few knew of, much less could get to due to the illusions covering the area, but had a other worldly beauty to it. It just seemed that this forest was something from prehistoric times.
From within him, Kyuubi smiled a bit at the complement before shaking her head as she searched the surrounding area for any threats. She like Mewtwo had an odd feeling soon as they left her den. It was like they were being watched. But watched by what was what she wanted to know. She refrained from growling a bit, thinking that it could have been the same one from twelve years ago but she knew it wasn't as he would have shown himself by now.
Not liking this at all, she was about to tell Mewtwo to head back to the den as she had a bad feeling about this when the walked onto the road that lead to a small village in Hi no Kuni to the border to Kaminari no Kuni. But that wasn't what had stopped her from telling him, it was the man from Naruto's memory that did.
Naruto's eyes widen as he instantly recognized him, but couldn't place his name. 'Okay. Black, raven colored hair. Yeah, he's got that. Red eyes with three little circular dots in his eyes. Yeah, those to. Looks passive as ever. Check. Oh this is Sasuke's aniki, Itachi! I wonder why he's out here with this weird shark guy and wearing that black cloak with red clouds on it. Hey wait, both of their head bands are slashed.'
From over with Kisame, Itachi was going through the same procedures in his brain. 'Okay, sunshine blonde, spiky hair. Check. Vibrant blue eyes. Check, but they seem a bit different than before. Three whisker marks on cheeks. Check, okay this is my target... Wait. Why is their a fox tail wrapped around his waist? When the hell did Naruto get that?'
Both looked each other for a few more seconds before Itachi spoke to his partner while keeping his eyes set on the blonde in front of him. "Well, it seems our target has finally showed his self."
Kisame looked at both Mewtwo and Naruto before turning to Itachi. "You sure? They just look like to weirdoes to me."
Itachi twitched in annoyance as he turned his gaze off of Naruto and glared at Kisame. "This coming from a man that looked like his mother mated with a shark."
The said shark man eye brows twitch at his partner's comment, no matter how true his statement was. "Fine, point taken. But do not joke about that."
Itachi nodded as he turned back towards Naruto, only to find Mewtwo standing in front of him, getting the jest of what they wanted. His eyes glowed deep violet as he tried to pierce into the Uchiha's mind, seeing as he was someone from Naruto's past. He was immensely surprised at the amount of barriers that kept him out of his mind, and not all were set up by him. It seemed some were set up by another psychic.
His eyes narrowed at this development. He could pierce through them, but it would take a few moments to do so, and it looked like they weren't going to give him that kind of time it seemed as the shark man spoke up. "Hey Itachi, can I cut off the brat's legs so he won't be able to run away."
The said Uchiha narrowed his eyes as he felt something trying to pry into his head. He nodded at Kisame's question as he looked towards the odd creature in front of Naruto. "Fine. I'll deal with this one. He seems... interesting."
Kisame smirked viciously as he heard that and rushed towards the two. Mewtwo was ready to counter when his eyes widened as the Uchiha prodigy suddenly appeared right in front of him in a blink of an eye and threw shuriken them towards him. At such a close range and the speed they were traveling, Mewtwo knew his psychic powers wouldn't be able to stop them from hitting him, so he jumped out of the way and knocked Naruto out of their way with a swipe of his tail.
Mewtwo quickly landed on his feet as his eyes glowed bright violet as he grabbed the shuriken with his mind and sent them back to their owner. Itachi's eyes widen in surprise seeing this, but that didn't last long as he pulled out a few more and counter them with a quick flick of his wrist. That was all the opening Mewtwo needed as he used Psychic and quickly sent it towards the Uchiha.
Unable to block the attack as his eyes couldn't see it, Itachi stumbled back in shock as he had no clue what hit him. Mewtwo took advantage of this as he grabbed all the stray shuriken on the ground as he rushed towards Itachi and landed a palm strike on his chest. Just as he did so he duck down and avoid the shuriken he threw while gather energy for a Shadow ball in his hand.
Itachi's eyes widen at the creatures speed as he was caught off guard with the invisible attack. He couldn't block his strike to his chest, but his eyes widen as it ducked to the ground only to see the shuriken flying towards him. Using his quickest reflexes, he managed to catch them, but he didn't expect to be hit by a ball of pure energy. He flew back into a tree and created a light crater, before turning into a flock of ravens.
Mewtwo's eyes widen as he noticed it was an illusion and barely managed to put up a barrier, keeping him from becoming a pin cushion for kunai and shuriken. He quickly picked up a stray kunai with his hand as his eyes glowed a violent violet as he glared at Itachi.
The Uchiha glared back at Mewtwo with narrowed eyes. It didn't make any sense. How come his Sharingan couldn't pick up these attacks. Sure he could see them, but they didn't have a trace of chakra in them so he couldn't break them down and analyze them. And without chakra, there was no foresight for him to use. He narrowed his eyes more as he pulled out a kunai of his own and waited patiently for his opponent to make the next move.
Unfortunately, he already was as Mewtwo was breaking down his mental barriers. Itachi's eyes widen as he sensed this and rushed towards Mewtwo, not going to give him a chance to do so. Mewtwo quickly grabbed the hand holding the kunai as Itachi did the same with him. Mewtwo mentally smirked seeing this as the air around him began to cackle.
Itachi's eyes widen once more as he wrenched himself free as he managed to dodge the concentrated Thunder. He quickly rolled back onto his feet and rushed Mewtwo once more as he felt his mind being probed. Mewtwo on the other hand started gathering energy for another Shadow Ball as Itachi rushed him. Seeing the ball that destroyed his raven genjutsu, he jumped back as he went through a few hand seals before breathing deeply.
"Katon: Hosenka no Jutsu!"
Dozens of small fireballs flew out of the Uchiha's mouth and towards Mewtwo. He quickly created a barrier that deflected the fireballs from hitting him. His eyes narrowed as he saw the Uchiha prodigy turn into a plum of smoke. Using a burst of power, he fell into the air as Itachi burst from the ground wielding a kunai in hand, slashing the air where Mewtwo was at.
His eyes narrowed as he looked all over to find his opponent before his eyes widen as he jumped backwards to see a large ball similar to the one that destroyed his raven genjutsu slam into the ground from above. His eyes widen in mild shock as he noticed the creature he was fighting was floating in mid air as it was nothing. His eyes quick narrowed seeing this, knowing no creature should be able to fly without wings of some sort.
Mewtwo smirked seeing this and decided to stay in the air, making it all the more difficult for his opponent. With a quick glow of his eyes, he flew towards Itachi with speeds his feet couldn't match as he used a Double Team to confuse the Uchiha prodigy.
Unfortunately for him, with the Sharingan, Itachi could see which one of him was the real one as it was similar to Bunshin and was let the illusions pass by him before grabbing the leg of Mewtwo as he tried to kick him. He quickly tried to counter with a few shuriken, but he felt Mewtwo grip his wrist to keep him from throwing them.
He narrowed his eyes as he tried to kick the psychic pokemon off, only for his leg to be grabbed in the process. Seeing his tail, he quickly stomped on it to keep him from hitting him with it. His eyes widen as he felt his mind being probed once more and tried to break free, but he found himself unable to move. He narrowed his eyes as he flared his chakra to try and break free.
Mewtwo narrowed his eyes a bit as his eyes glowed brightly, using this time to pierce through the Uchiha's barriers. Feeling him struggle against his mental hold on him, he knew it wouldn't be long till his opponent broke free, but he didn't need to much longer. Taking the last barrier down, he smirked as he entered the Uchiha's mind for a brief second before being pushed out as the Uchiha broke free from his mental hold and formed a few more barriers.
His eyes narrowed as he jumped back and glared at the man in front of him. From what he gathered, this man was mentally sick for what he did to his own family and for the reason he kept his brother alive. But more importantly, he found out the reason they were targeting Naruto. Using his telepathy, he tried to contact Kyuubi.
Naruto grunted in pain from his care takers tail swipe, but he understood the reason. But he didn't have much time to think about that as Kisame was on him. Quickly pulling out his katana, he attempted to parry his down stroke, only to find out one thing. He was seriously out matched in strength. If it wasn't for the fact that Kyuubi forged this sword from the toughest metal in the planet, he was sure he would have been seriously injured.
Using the brief seconds the katana gave him, he jumped off and quickly slipped out his wrist and ankle bands knowing he was going to need to be at full strength to even stand a chance. But this rose a question in his mind. Why were they attacking them? In fact why did they want him as Itachi said they found their target while looking at him.
From within him, Kyuubi narrowed her eyes as she was thinking along the same line. She didn't know what they wanted and couldn't check unless Naruto summoned her outside. Suddenly she heard Mewtwo speaking to her and her eyes widen at the information. She would have told Naruto this, but it didn't seem she was going to get enough time to do so as Kisame was on him again.
Naruto grunted in pain as he barely managed to dodge the swing aimed to take off his head only to get kicked in the stomach. And the kick hurt as he was sent flying and skidded across the ground. 'Ow... That hurt more than Zabuza's. ...Wait. This guy is a nukenin from Kiri? Could he and Zabuza know each other. SHIT!'
He rolled out of the way of another downward swing the would have sliced him in two if he had been in the way. He quickly sprang up and tried to slash the giant shark man's arm, only for him to parry his katana and slam the blunt end up his sword into Naruto's side before dragging it towards him.
Naruto's eyes widen as he screamed in pain as he dropped his katana while the bandages covering the sword tore off with bits of his flesh from his right arm, showing the weirdest looking sword he had ever seen. Kisame smirked hearing Naruto's scream and his seeing his wounds made it larger than before. "How do you like my Samehada? It's a unique sword in that it doesn't cut, but shaves."
Mewtwo's eyes widen as he heard Naruto's scream of pain and took his eyes off from Itachi to see his ward bleeding heavily from his right arm. This slight distraction nearly cost him as Itachi was on him and nearly slit his throat, but he managed to grab the Uchiha's wrist and kicked him in the stomach.
Naruto narrowed his eyes as he panted deeply as he looked at his arm. 'Shit! It's no good like this. Kyuubi, I need your chakra!'
After receiving Mewtwo's message on what these two were planning and seeing how dangerous the situation was, she wasn't going to deny her tenant as she flooded as much chakra into his system as it would take.
Red chakra began seeping around Naruto in a heavy mist as his arm began healing at an accelerated rate. His eyes slowly turned crimson with purple streaks flowing through them. His claws sharpened a bit as his fangs did the same while hardening. The chakra swirled viciously around him as is slowly began to take the shape of a fox with one tail. But to the surprise of his opponent, instead of staying outside like it did around other jinchuurikis, the chakra began to meld and sink into Naruto.

From nearby, Zabuza stopped as he sensed a three large chakra signatures not to far away. His eyes narrowed for a second knowing that no one else should be around here other than Naruto and Mewtwo, and he knew the later didn't even use chakra. Looking over towards Haku, he could see that she sensed it as well, but was more worried than he was.
This made him wonder a bit, but he figured that she was worried about Naruto. He really didn't mind as it was in her nature to be a caring person, no matter how much he wanted to change that. At least he managed to make the gaki more blood thirsty and ruthless when he was in battle though. Shaking that thought off, he turned towards Haku and shook his head. "It's nothing to worry about Haku. Let's go."
She nodded a bit but turned back towards the area the chakra signatures where before following her master towards. Even as much as she wanted to check it out, she wouldn't disobey her master's wishes.
Zabuza shook his head as they continued walking away from the flares until the lowest of the three sky rocketed and felt very familiar as it seemed to be...
"Haku. Let's go check it." Zabuza said as he turned around and rushed towards the chakra flares, somewhat worried himself now that he knew who it was that was fighting. Mainly because he liked the gaki for he was one of the few that truly should be a shinobi, not like all the other wannabes that were out there.
Haku smiled a bit before it turned to worry as she quickly following him towards the chakra signatures.

Kisame's eyes widen a bit before he smirked seeing Naruto lunge towards him without even picking up his katana. The shark like man put Samehada in the way and blocked Naruto's claw slash.
Naruto instantly felt a bit weaker as he touched the sword, as if something drained him. He pulled back and grabbed his katana tail before gripping it tightly in his hand. Something wasn't right about that sword in front of him. A sword that could shave wasn't very useful except for torturing, so it had to do something.
He quickly jumped towards the smirking Kisame and tried to slash at him, only to be parried easily and have the but end hitting him in the chest. His eyes widen as he felt more chakra leave him as he stumbled back and barely avoided being sliced in two by the large sword as he managed to jump out of the way.
"Kit! That sword drains the users chakra! It must be the sword that Sanbi's servant was sealed into as the way it eats chakra is unmistakable!" Kyuubi yelled as she recognized the sword.
Naruto's eyes narrowed hearing this. 'So your telling me this sword eats both of our chakras. Great. Can't fight him in a close range battle without fearing losing chakra.'
"And you can't fight him long range either as it will eat the chakra with each attack, unless you manage to sneak one by him. Kit, if you get a chance, I want you to summon me. Otherwise you will lose this fight and quickly." Kyuubi said in a grim voice. Naruto nodded as he was about to bite his thumb, only to have to dodge Samehada once more.
He rolled out of the way and cursed mentally as there was no water around, making almost all his jutsu useless. Shaking that thought off, he gripped his katana and rushed towards Kisame, feigning to the right.
Kisame wasn't an expert swordsmen and a S-rank nukenin for no reason and easily saw through the faint and easily parried it with Samehada before slamming the but end of it into Naruto's gut and followed with a spin kick to his head, sending him flying into a tree. Not giving him a chance to recover as before, he threw a few shuriken towards him and charged him to end this.
As he hit the tree, it made a small crater in it as he gasped in pain. His eyes widen seeing the shuriken and tried to move out of the way, but failed as two embedded themselves into his collar bone and another two embedded into his pelvis keeping him from moving. He bit his lip as he looked over towards his care taker only to see him in a stalemate with Itachi.
'So this is it huh. Damn. And I didn't even get to show that pathetic village who I really am.' Naruto thought grimly as Kisame moved in for the finishing blow. Kyuubi held her breath in knowing this wouldn't kill him and what was going to happen before she felt two very familiar prescience.
Mewtwo narrowed his eyes as he looked back over Naruto to see him in the tree. He began regretting giving the human and his ward a choice as he dogged the quick slash of Itachi's and counter with a spin kick and a quick Psychic to try and give him time to get to Naruto when he noticed someone coming and smirked seeing who it was before turning back to his opponent, no longer needing to worry for Naruto.
Kisame smirked as reached Naruto and brought Samehada down to give him the knockout blow as he couldn't kill him. As he was mere inches from hitting the dazed hanyou, a large head chopping sword parried his strike before he felt a foot in his gut followed by a dozen senbon embedded into his arms. He skidded a few yards back and looked up to see a face he hadn't seen since they had attempt a coup on the Mizukage.
One Momochi Zabuza.
Haku quickly pulled out the shuriken embedded in Naruto allowing Kyuubi to heal the wounds quickly. He stood up and shook off his daze as he bit his thumb and went through a few hand seals, planning on ending this now.
Itachi narrowed his eyes as he noticed this development. This wasn't going to plan. He had to admit, the Kyuubi jinchuuriki did well to last that long against Kisame in a one on one fight, but with another swordsmen of the mist and a kid of unknown abilities could be enough to defeat Kisame. Plus this being in front of him was slowly gaining the upper hand on him. Of course he hadn't used the Mangekyou yet and that just might be what he need to turn the tides.
A small smirk graced his lips as he began to send more chakra to his eyes to activate the Mangekyou when he noticed the hand seals Naruto was going through, and with the amount of chakra he still had in him, that was just enough for a boss summon, which would mean they would have to retreat as the odds would be stacked against them.
"Kuchiyose no jutsu!"
In a large puff of smoke, Naruto found himself on top of a large reddish-orange fox. But this wasn't Kyuubi as he still felt her inside of him.
Kyuubi on the other hand had her jaw on the floor. 'No way. The gaki just summon him. Him!'
Naruto looked down at the fox he was on top of and noticed it had four flailing tails and deep gold eyes and was about five feet smaller than Kyuubi. The said fox look up in surprise that someone had actually summoned him. He was sure the brat that Kyuubi-sama had given was the only one that had or could sign the contract, so he instantly knew something was wrong if he was summoned and not her.
Looking around he noticed two men wearing black cloaks with red clouds with two large chakra reserves that was near his own. His eyes narrowed as he started growling at them seeing that they were who everyone else was fighting and the others were protecting his summoner from the looks of it.
Itachi looked up at the fox and did the only thing he could do. He cursed out loud. "DAMMIT! Kisame we leave!"
His partner looked at him for a few seconds before nodding as even two S-rank nukenins would have trouble and might even lose with these odds stacked against them. Both quickly disappeared in swirls of leaves. The large fox sniffed the air and shook his head. "They are no longer within the area."
The boss summon knelt down to allow Naruto to fall off his head as he was dead tired. The large fox smirked at him before shaking his head. "Tell the kid when he wakes that he can summon me when he wants, but only in dire situations."
Zabuza nodded numbly looking up at the giant fox before it poofed away as Mewtwo landed besides him. "Seems that you returned."
In response, Zabuza snorted at him. "If I didn't you two would have been killed. And if you die, I can't get another rematch. Plus if the gaki died so quickly after I taught him, I would have been pissed."
Mewtwo and Haku shook their heads as they both could see through his obvious lie, but it was only because they knew how he really thought. Shaking his head, Mewtwo lifted Naruto into the air with his telepathy as Haku picked up his pack as it was shredded of by Samehada and set up his sleeping bag. Mewtwo nodded as he gently laid Naruto into his bag and zipped it up.
Zabuza shook his head as he looked around. "Haku set up camp, I'll get the wood."
She nodded as she pulled her pack off and started to set up camp as Mewtwo laid against the tree to recover a bit from his fight against Itachi.

Mewtwo looked around the camp as Haku cooked dinner in the kettle that Zabuza had sealed in a scroll. Shaking his head as he had no need to eat, he thought about his fight against the Uchiha prodigy.
'It's interesting. He and I seemed to be even for out the entire fight till I started to gain the upper hand in the fight. Part of the reason is that I'm a bit rusty in real battle, but I know he wasn't going all out as he didn't use those eyes. And yet those eyes of his prove how sick he his. To murder your best friend and keeping your brother alive just for power. Hn. Human's really are despicable creatures for the most part.'
As he looked up at the sky as Haku served a bowl for Zabuza, all three of them heard Kyuubi speaking within their minds. 'Everyone, listen closely. I have something important to say.'
All three looked surprise at this, but decided to listen as Kyuubi continued.
'From what Mewtwo gathered in the short time he was in the Uchiha's mind, we have learned that they are part of an organization specifically made to gather all the bijuu for power. This means we will not be the only ones target and each member is as strong as the other. So if all nine of them were to come after me and the kit, there would be no doubt that we would all die in the process.'
Each flinched knowing it was true. Even with Haku and Zabuza's arrival, it was still very possible that they could have lost.
'But I have an idea that could negate this problem.'
All three of them blinked as they were unable to come up with one of their own. Quickly scanning their minds, she smirked seeing Mewtwo was the closes one to her idea as he thought about joining a village to gain protection from them.
'My idea is simple. We take over a Hidden Village. Preferably a weaker one that it would be much easier for us to do so.'
All three chocked as they heard her idea. All three of them were thinking along the same lines when Zabuza decided to speak for them. "Are you insane! Just the four of us and possibly you at limited power taking over a village. News flash, that is not happening! We have a better chance fighting this group after the gaki here!"
Both Mewtwo and Haku nodded in agreement at her ridiculous idea as there was no way they could do such a thing. From within Naruto, Kyuubi just shook her head. 'I wasn't talking about just us. We will have to find people that can help and convince them by any way possible. Once we collect enough, we can have an easier time taking over a village, especially if Mewtwo cloaks us and flies us to the Kage's tower. And I said a weaker village. I was saying take over Iwa or Konoha. That would be insane.'
Mewtwo eyes widen for a second thinking about that. 'That could work. Plus if I get the proper equipment, I might be able to make that clone machine that I was thinking about before I was brought here. If I could do that, I probably could experiment and see if I can clone a human... Maybe the swordsmen.'
Meanwhile, Zabuza was still a bit doubtful. "Alright, if we can get recruits to do such a thing and actually get to village tower, what would happen if your plan would fail. We'd die that's what."
Kyuubi shook her head once more as she answered flawlessly. 'That's were I or Misao, the boss fox summon, come in. Even if we fail, the kit here can summon either one of us, possibly both with more training, and we'll be able to escape.'
Zabuza shut up at this and thought it over. 'Hm. Not bad, the only problem is if the gaki gets knocked out, but if we can find a few more people that can summon, we would stand a chance.'
"Alright, that could work, but it also matters on the village we pick. Even if they are weakened from the bloodline purge and middle of a civil war, Kiri is still strong enough to thwart us just like Konoha, Iwa, Kumo and Suna would be able to do. So that leaves Ame, Kusa, Taki and a few other villages I don't feel like naming. Ami would be the best choice seeing they are in a civil war..."
"No. From what I gathered from the Uchiha's mind, the leader of their group is the head of the rebellion over there. So Ame is out of the question." Responded Mewtwo as he looked over at the sleeping Naruto.
Kyuubi thought for a few more minutes before answering. 'Kusagakure is our best bet. They are still very weak from trying to help Iwa in the IwaKono war and the fact that Hachimata raided their village for food around the same time I attack Konoha.'
The others eyes widen for a second before nodding a bit as it did make sense. Mewtwo looked over at Zabuza and Haku who nodded lightly, wanting to get away from life on the run, before looking towards Naruto and sighing mentally. "Then it is settled. In the mourning when he has recovered, we tell him of our plans before splitting up to find recruits for our cause."
Both Haku and Zabuza nodded and started to eat their chilled stew as Mewtwo sighed mentally as he looked over at the sleeping hanyou jinchuuriki. For some reason, he knew it would be hard to explain it to him.
