The Lady Sea
A splash followed by a laugh,
I cock my head
Another splash ahead,
He calls to it,
`Hello'
The answer is a laugh,
A silhouette appears
What creature is this?
Could it be?
O what a sight,
The lady of the sea!
O blessed me,
What a sight to see.
Eyes green as the sea,
Stare up at me,
A wink
Kissing the air in front of me,
Disappear in the blink of the eye.
Water not a ripple,
Is it but a dream?
A question never answered,
What of the lady of the sea?
