2015 - Canadian peace keeper George Miles dies on a mission to Sudan, his death is an accident
but his son, Michael Miles, a robotics technician for car dealerships is emotionally and psychologically
wounded, he swears to "avenge his father's death."
2018 - Michael opens his own robotic research lab, a front for the chance to create militaristic
robots. A.I. has almost reached human capacity.
2020 - Bot corp. begins selling militaristic robots to the U.S .A. and China in secret. The secret
is "leaked" to each country that the other is amassing arms, an arms race ensues. A.I.'s are now running ;
some automated industries such as most of the paper processing plants.
2022 - A meteor lands in the Sahara, scientists say that is has properties unlike anything they've
seen, including fossilized remnants of living organisms. The arms race continues, it is now known as
the Stand Still War.
2023 - Researchers find that the materials in the asteroid react to brain waves, and also, if
isolated properly, can create devastating explosions like that of 3 nuclear bombs with no radioactive
fallout. Bot corp. is the first to discover this and quickly shuts the scientists up before retrieving all the
known material.
2025 - The arms race has stopped with no shots fired. Bot corp. has designed humanoid& nbsp;robots
with personalities and extremely intelligent A.I. Their job is to be the forefront of Michael's
Armageddon.
2026 - A missile is fired at China, seemingly from the United States, World War 3 ensues. It's
split between two opposing factions, China, Mongolia, Korea, and India V.S. the United States and
most of the European Union. The earth population is halved in six months.
2027 - With the great deal of nuclear fallout from “pre-emptive†nu clear strikes it seems that a
nuclear winter is imminent. Michael has died and the last robots he built, now called Ky fly around the
earth looking for a purpose. A new alliance has been forme d by the remaining living humans. The earth
population is down to 750,000,000.
2028 - Nuclear winter is starting to hit, the remaining humans know that they have to abandon
the planet, it is decided that it will be given ;to the Ky who have chosen to use themselves as
telecommunications relays b etween the survivors.
2038 - 9 interstellar space ships have been created in the short time of 10 years thanks to the day
and night work of the Ky and it has been decided that they will follow the path of the meteor containing
the odd material because it is their only lead to a planet that contains life. The lang uage barriers have
been broken and everyone who is leaving speaks a strange combination of Japanese, English, and
German. They launch at 11:57 PM on march 25, 2038.
2038 - 67349 - Even travelling near the speed of light it will take tens of thousands of years to
reach the area that the meteor came from. It is also likely that the planet it came from will be&nbs p;gone and
that they will have to look for a habitable planet in the area. The people aboard the ship stay awake for
intervals lasting from a few days to a couple years as the A.I. aboard the ship teaches them survival
skills in case it is unable to land on the planet or something happens to the circuitry on the ship. By the
time they find a habitable planet three generations have pas sed.
67349/Wyrld year 1 - They arrive at the Wyrld having traversed a good portion of the entire
galaxy to get there. The A.I. used in the ships begins experimenting on the planet.
1 - The A.I. has noted these things. Red giant sun, won't last more than another 7 million years.
No plate tectonics, only stopped for about 500,000 years. Ecosystems already in place, with no outside
help needed for biological life. Techion, the particles which first interested earth scientists, will be ha rd
to harvest and study if it is well integrated into the molecules. A way to create easily harvested techion
is needed. Low magnetic field. As well as other, le ss important facts. The humans are now, after fully
recovering from cryosleep, trying to create a place to live, but the air is extremely difficult to breathe
and robots begin breaking down after a few days outside of the ships.
2 - Cause of robotic breakdown has been found, the techion particles get into the wiring and
change the chemical properties of the elements used to create them on an atomic level, if robots are to
be used they need to be created using Wyrld materials. The A.I. begins designing these robots. They
will ;not only be used to create habitable space but also to help in all the aspects of the planet and solar
system.
2 1/2 - Robotic designs are done, a creature from&nbs p;the planet was needed due to the fact that most
metals lose their&nbs p;electric conductivity when exposed to techion particles and finding the only two
metals that don't is very hard.
3 - The robots are in production, some will be used to create the cities for the humans, some to
produce and harvest techion crystals, some to stabilize the sun so that it doesn't fizzle out, and the last
ones will keep the Wyrld's magnetic field working and stabilized. The humans have named them Ky
after the robots left on earth.
4 - The robots make short work or creating the cities, with the A.I.'s help they are able to create
a modern cities underground in such a way that they have all the things needed to live comfortably.
5 - All Robots are in position, will proper diligence shown the planet and sun can be held in a
steady position for another 3 billion years. Humans now live in underground cities and have begun
exploring the ground level of the planet.
6 - A meteor passing by gives off archo-techion radiation and the humans, not being used to it,
are affected. Most lose their memory , DNA becomes extremely unstable. The only people who realize
what's happening are the ones on a small continent in the southern hemisphere and they are able to
protect against the large&nb sp;scale DNA instability but their DNA is&nbs p;slightly unstable and they lose their
memories regardless. What's&n bsp;left of the now broken human race must find a way to survive on this
planet, all robots are recalled by the A.I. due to failure caused by the radiation. The final order of the
A.I. is to continue the tasks assigned. As suck the robots retreat to the core and forget the humans, as
helping them was not one of their tasks.
