Here is the sequel to The Great Old Oak.
I really don't like character death.^^.
Well without further ado.^_^.

The great tree fell to the ground with a loud thud and sometime between
the fall and the moving of the tree an acorn fell from the tree and rolled
away.
It was also being carried by the wind which blew it to a another place and it fell into an old gopher hole where over time it continued to grow and thus became known as The Great Phoenix Tree.

Now it could watch and observe things once again in it's new form until the time comes for the barked skin to shed once more and moving on would have to happen once again.

Authors Note:
Well this was the drabble sequel to The Great Old Oak.
For those who don't know the Phoenix is sometimes known as the protector of the worlds. Once it dies it comes right back stronger than before and I've heard that only a Phoenix can kill another Phoenix. A.K.A The Bird of the Sun.
