Tomorrow Never Dies

Chapter One .:. Changes



Quatre impatiently waited for
the man to get back on the phone. He needed the plans for

the gundam that the scientist
had created. The plans weren't finished, but, he'd make the

adjustments and complete them.
Before his father had done that stunt, he had a glance at

some blue prints for a new
gundam. In order to take his revenge on the colonies, he'd

build that gundam, and destroy
one colony after another.



"Yeah....mail them to this
address...." said Quatre once the man got back on the phone, he

gave the current address he was
staying at. "Yes, and thank you" he said politely before

hanging up. He stepped outside
the phone booth, if he had made the phone call in

Michiru's apartment, she would
surely figure out what he was doing and try to stop him.

He didn't want that....



"Hi Quatre!!" greeted
a familiar voice. Quatre turned, shock, and then smiled at Usagi.

"Hello Usagi-chan"
greeted back Quatre.



"So, how you've been
Quatre?" asked Usagi.



"I'm fine. It seems you've
cheered up from the last time I saw you" observed Quatre, but,

Quatre then regretted his words
once he realized Usagi's smile went upside down.



"Usagi-chan?" he asked
uncertaintly. Unshed tears shimmered in Usagi's eyes. "Mamo-

chan and I got into another
fight, and now, we've broken up" said Usagi with a sob and let

the tears flow freely.



"Gomen Nasai Usagi-chan.
Demo, I'm sure everything will work out" stated Quatre

caringly. Usagi brightened at
his words, a slight smile on her lips.



"Arigato Quatre-kun. Demo,
I have no one to take me to the Winter Dance...as if Mamo-

chan would have taken me in the
first place..." she mumbled to herself.



"Well, if this dance means
so much to you, then, I'll take you. I hate to see you sadden

over something like this"
offered Quatre.



Usagi looked up at him. She
could tell he was a kind person, just like Michiru was. "Say

Quatre, you wanna come and get a
sunday with me?" she offered. Quatre nodded.



"Sure"

"Hey, have any of you guys
seen Usagi-chan lately?" asked Minako as she stirred the

straw in her drink. Each of them
shook their heads.



Chibi-Usa then spoke.
"Mamo-chan broke up with her"



"Again?" questioned
Rei with an exasperated sigh. Chibi-Usa nodded. Makoto had an

outraged look on her face, and
slammed her fist on the table.



"Gomen Nasai
Chibi-Usa-chan, demo, Mamoru-san breaks up with Usagi almsot every

other week" spoke Makoto.
Chibi-Usa nodded in agreement.



"I agree with you,
demo...."



Minako then gasped loudly and
said in a hushed whisper, "Hey, isn't that Usagi-chan with

another guy?" Each of the
senshi turned and gaped at the sight of Usagi smiling to a

young blonde.



"She surely got over
Mamoru-san fast" commented Rei. The others nodded in agreement.

Ami then blushed, seeing that
she was being rude by staring at Usagi and her new 'friend',

and being nosy in her business.
She then stuck her head back into her book.



"We shouldn't be butting
into Usagi-chan's business" stated Ami. Minako then brightened,

an formable excuse tobe able to
spy on Usagi, forming into her mind.



"Hai Ami-chan, demo,
Usagi-chan is out princess and we have to be certain that she is safe

from any harm!" said Minako
solemnly.



Makoto nodded in agreement.
"He could be after our dear Usagi-chan's life, we have to

make sure she will be
alright"



Ami sweatdropped, but, subtly
followed them.



"Odango!" exclaimed
Chibi-Usa as she jumped into Usagi's arms.



"Chibi-Usa...."
muttered Usagi, then she looked up to she the rest of her friends there.

"Minna-chan....."



"Moi Usagi-chan, you
already got a new boyfriend?!" exclaimed Minako as elbowed Usagi

slyly. Both Quatre and Usagi
were as red as a beat. Usagi gave an apoligetic look to

Quatre, and Quatre seemed to be
like dear in headlights.



'This girl who looks like Usagi-chan's
twin, reminds me of Duo....' thought Quatre to

himself.



Chibi-Usa pouted in Usagi's
arms. She didn't like the idea of her mother getting a new

boyfriend.



"Minna-chan, we are not
going out. We are just friends" stated Usagi. Quatre nodded in

agreement. After a brief pause,
Quatre spoke.



"Gomen ne, Atashi no Quatre
Raberba Winner" said Quatre, introducing himself.



"Rei Hino"



"Ami Mizuno"



"Makoto Kino"



"Minako Aino"



"Usagi Tsukino, or
Chibi-Usa"



Quatre patted Chibi-Usa on the
head fondly. "Chibi-Usa-san, you look alot like Usagi-

chan" He smiled at
Chibi-Usa as she pouted angrily.

"So, this is the next
target. Quatre Raberba Winner" spoke Eudial to herself. Her phone

ringed, and she answered it on
the third ring.



"Find the next
target?" came the voice of Dr. Tomoe on the other end of the line.



"Hai Tomoe-san. His name is
Quatre Raberba Winner, and he's a gundam pilot, as well as

a violinist" answered
Eudial.



"I'll send one of my best
daimon as soon as I can" responded Tomoe.



"Right!"



"Oh, and Eudial? Don't fail
like Kaolinite" said Tomoe. Eudial gulped as Tomoe hung up.

"Okay Usagi, spill!"
commended Minako once Quatre left. USagi held up her hands in a

silent defeat.



"Well, Quatre-kun is
Michiru-san's cousin, and he's here to visit her for a while. He knows

my dilemma with Mamo--ru-san,
and agreed to take me to the winter dance" she

explained.



"So you two are
dating!" accused Makoto. Usagi turned red.



"I--iie...chotto, it isn't
like that.." objected Usagi.



Makoto's dace wore a sly grin.
"So, why are you getting all red?" she asked. If possible,

Usagi got even redder. Usagi
then fumbled for an excuse to leave. She grabbed Chibi-

Usa, and ran. Usagi ignored
Chibi-Usa's protests to slow down. Usagi ignored her, but,

soon wish she hadn't. She
collided into someone. She quickly got up off the ground, and

began to apologize.



"Haruka-san!"
exclaimed Chibi-Usa. Usagi stopped her apoligies when she looked up and

saw the tall blonde.



"Where are you going in
such a hurry, Odango?" asked Haruka.



"No where..." muttered
Usagi embarrassingly.



"Well, I'm glad that I ran
into you. I have some tickets here for you and your friends to a

concert featuring Michiru and
Quatre" said Haruka as she produced five tickets



Usagi brightened, she grab the
offerred tickets and ran. "Arigatou!" she called over her

shoulder.

Quatre surveyed the parts he had
just received. Now, all he needed were the plans. Then,

he could start building the
gundam.



The colonies would soon feel the
remorse and sadness he was feeling. He let out an evil

grin and cackled.

"Nande?!" exclaimed
Eudial. "His purity scale took a sudden change....ano, it's back to

normal. Oh well..."



Eudial then noticed that Tomoe's
daimon finally arrived. She then packed it up, and got

into her car, and left to go to
the concert hall, where her prey would be.

"So, what is Quatre-kun
doing in this concert?" wondered Rei. Usagi shrugged.



"I just grabbed the tickets
and ran" replied Usagi. A slight scowl settled on Ami's features.



"That was rude of you
Usagi-chan" said Ami. Usagi blushed meekly. Then all of them

took their seats. The light dim,
and the the red curtain lifted. Michiru and Quatre stood

there in a ready position.
Haruka was off to the side, on the piano.



The two played their
compisition. It was called Gesu Bambino. Michiru was playing the

first violin, and Quatre was
playing the second violin.



After the compisition was
finished in a near whisper, the audience stood and applauded

their performance.



Quatre was slightly flustered,
he bowed as his cousin curtsied. The gratitude from the

audience was cut short. The roof
collapsed and a daimon appeared. The frightened

people ran, all except Usagi,
Rei, Ami, Makoto and Minako. Michiru stood in her place,

next top Quatre. She couldn't
risk him getting hurt.



The daimon turned to see Quatre,
and smirked. She opened her hand, and there laid a

small black star in the palm of
her hands. It began to glow, and a beam shot and hit

Quatre inj the chest. Quatre
screamed in pain.



Usagi gasped. "Oh no!
Quatre!!" she exclaimed.



"Come on Usagi-chan, we
need to go, and henshin-yo" whispered Makoto. Usagi nodded

in agreement.



Michiru saw the five girls
leave, she looked at the daimon, and glared at it.



The daimon floated triumphantly,
Quatre's heart crystal in her hand.



"You shall pay dearly for
what you've done" she threatened, and she brought out her

henshin-yo stick.



"Neptune...Planet...Power...Make
Up!"



Sailor Neptune reappeared. The
daimon seemed slightly confused. Sialor Uranus

appeared and knocked the crystal
out of the daimon's hand, and quickly attained it as she

landed. The daimon was angry,
but, wasn't given enough time to react.



"Deep Submerge!"



Sailor Neptune turned to Sailor
Uranus, to see that she was about to put the crystal back

into it's owner.



"Yamate, Uranus!" she
exclaimed, "Did you check to see if it holds a treasure or not?"



Sailor Uranus seemed surprised.
"No.." she responded.



"Uranus! Please, give the
crystal back to Quatre!" cried Sailor Moon as she and her senshi

appeared.



Sailor Uranus scowled at them.
"Stay out of this" she said coldly.



The daimon was now extremely
confused, but then, made her wasy to attack Sailor

Uranus.



"Shine Aqua Illusion!"



"Finish it, Sailor
Moon!" shouted Sailor Mars.



Sialor Moon nodded, and brought
out her rod. "Moon Spiral Heart...Attack!"



The daimon became a black pile
of dust.



"It's not the one"
spoke Sailor Uranus.



Sailor Neptune let out the air
she held. She took the crystal out of Sailor Uranus' hands

delicately, and placed it back
into Quatre.



"I'll always protect you
Quatre..." she swore quietly to herself.
