“Edward what is the matter? All day it is like you are in a daze.” Bella asked with concern.

 

“Bella do you remember back when you first moved to Forks and I told you that I had never had anyone else's scent that attracted me?”

 

“Yes…but what has that got to do with the way you are acting?”

 

“Please Bella just let me explain… you see it has been about 10 years ago today that I met this other girl. She was just as beautiful and her smell it was just the same.”

 

“Edward what happened to her? What was her name? How old was she?”

 

“Bella please this is hard enough… I don't need you to make it any harder then it is already is. I am going to start from the beginning.”
