Kurama: Because of the temperature, and location of the Earth in it's orbit around the Sun it is physically, gravitationally, and impossibly impossible for it to be snowing outside on a lovely June day in Los Angeles. Therefore, also due to the climate of this region, snow is rare enough even in the winter. ((Lily: Lor wrote this paragraph...Do I look like I could use big words like that?))
