As a mysterious new foe goes around the world crushing Ranma's old rivals one by one, our pig-tailed hero must prepare himself for a fight unlike any he has yet faced. As if this was not enough to deal with on its own, other life changing events take place, forcing him and his friends to mature just a bit more and find their places in the world, all the while preparing to combat a Shadow Warrior that enjoys the sight of blood, and longs to slay Ranma for some past grievence known only to himself.
