This was cool. I've done some interesting things with SI fics myself, but this is a neat idea. I was halfway expecting a comedy when I found this, very thoughtful though.
 Title: Deeep....

VERY eloquently written. WHere on earth did an idea like this come to you, I wonder? Don't tell me! It'll spoil the mystery! =^n__n^=

Interesting. I am currently writing a self-insertion so your story made me think of some interesting things.Especially since my story will deal with the idea of imagination as a force that truly creates other worlds. I liked it. You Rock. Now I am inspired to work on my story more Thanks! Ja ne!

You! YOU MADE ME THINK! YOU MADE ME THINK! I CAN'T BELIEVE IT! I like your story but it filled my head with so many questions! Questions I can't answer! Questions like when I write a story, can my characters possibly do the same as that character searching for her creator? Whew! What if it was true? What if that indeed happened? But instead of the author knowing his/her character out there, he/she doesn't feel her presence and goes on with what he/she was writing. Then the character wouldn't know her creator's and she'd just get suck back and fall into the arms of her friends... wondering what ever was her mission, her purpose in life for when she finally found what she was looking for... nothing happened. As if everything she did was nothing...
Anohter run-on sentence. Sorry. But anyway, the story was nice especially the ending. It made the screws in my head turn and woke up my sleeping neurons. Wish I could come up with fresh ideas too. Thanks

I really enjoyed this story. It made me wonder not only about fanfic characters, but about us, humans. Why we are here and if we aren't just something someone is controlling through a computer. It is highly original, and I hope you do continue this, it's good. It seems to me you could also maybe turn this into a .hack//SIGN fanfic. To the little I've seen of the series, it seems very similar to that.

Happy Writing,

Mistress of Bologna

That was terrific! The story really holds you, like a good one-off should. (It is a one off isn't it?)

Sad but sweet at the same time. I wish I could write like that.

I know my creations are out to kill me... for killing their life mates.. for killing off their families... for breaking their hearts.

I loved this, my characters have changed worlds so many times.

Why, speechless?
Speechless because it's too good. Really good. Damn good. I don't have to say anymore "good" because you know how good your work is and I'm proud of you.
Actually, I'm also writing a story with the same topic, "stories between reality and these writings". It's main character is also a girl yet, difference is... it's longer than yours. Yours wouls be the summarized one, mine would be the detailed one. Really animetic. I guess you would know just by the title
"Indivisible refelction"
Can't explain any further.
Anyway, your story isn't boring, it isn't that fun, but it sure is an inspiration to all of the writers that have read your masterpiece!
Keep it up!

Oo-er...my brain finds it hard to grasp concepts as infinite as this. Interesting, original plot, though, and it's like I could feel the undercurrent of...um...arg, dunno how to say it. Suffice to say this made me feel more fulfilled as an author, since I've often wondered on a similar topic myself. *sighs* Oh, to live in one's own stories...

This is great. I really makes you think about the girl and what she will do with her freedom, all the adventures she will have, the people she can/will entwine her life with.

It makes me wonder, that maybe, while reading an unrelated fan-fiction sometime, somewhere, she might not be lurking in a crowd somewhere in that story, or talking on a phone in the background or be a random officer on a space vessel in another fan-fiction.

Perhaps she is the unnamed, unspoken, unlooked for character created to fill a gap in a story, or the 'cannon fodder' of other fan-fics out there.

Gee, I wonder where she will be led and I wonder if anyone will recognize her if they do manage to catch a glimspe as she leaps through another portal. Kinda makes me think of that sci-fi show 'Sliders'.

Anyway, I am babbling what I really mean to say is your short little peice has really made me think. I like it when a story does that.

This is an interesting story with a neat idea, though I thought it was a little short. Can you elaborate a little? Otherwise, it's good.

Thanks for a good read!

Yes, I like!

...I can't quite pin down WHY, per se, otherwise I'd put it down... I know how damn frustrating it is to see a review that just says, "Damn good!" and nothing else...

But this thing mirrors how I feel about stories sometimes, y'know? I wrote it down somewhere, in the intro for a story... let me go find it...

What is the border between fantasy and reality?

Are what we consider bedtime stories simply windows into another
dimension?

Are authors inadvertent gods, creating and destroying without ever
coming to know that what they write of is real? That where they write
of exists? That who they write of breathe even as they do?

How true are the words printed on a page, or carved onto a stone
tablet, or spoken to a audience enraptured by the verbal tapestry spun
by the tale's teller?

There's more, but... that about sums it up.

Now I'm gonna have to go look up your other stuff!

ps I guess that WAS kind of a shameless plug, wasn't it..? ~_~;;

Damn Good!

j/k
It's both amazing and refreshing to read a unique story like this. I absolutely loved it. It's not often you find something as creative as this. Just felt like posting my opinion...
