oh that was FUN. I cannot wait to see how this turn out....Kagejiro...hey, does Naraku have any demonic ancestors? Considering how he screwed with Inuyasha and Kikyo, maybe his ancestor...nah. And maybe I missed it, but what's going on with Izayoi?

Thank you :) This was a fantastic start to my day and I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. Jiro was everything I'd hoped he would be and more (the Irish in me gave a girlie squeal when he started in with the Irish brogue). I also quite literally LOL'd during the dual Jiro/Miroku attack on Sesshomaru. There were multiple times in this chapter when I laughed and I think it was a really nice shake up from the seriousness of the previous ones. You really brought back everything I loved about the earlier and more light-hearted chapters in this fic - reminding my exactly why I love Shades of Gray so much in the process. :) Also, just wanted to say congrats on the IYFG noms. They are WELL deserved!

Why is it that everything I think I may not like I end up falling absolutely in love with!? I was always curious when I see this story on almost everyone's favorites lists on ff.net and on mm.org and so I finally decided to check it out. I never knew I was in for such a treat, I spent six straight hours (maybe a little more) trying to read each and every chapter from your work of art lol. Consider me a new huge fan. Although, I am bit confused with the last chapter...Is that the ending? I honestly hope not because if it was then so many of my questions are left unanswered. I'd be devasted if that was the ending, being a little over dramatic? Perhaps but I'm just in love with this fanfiction that I think I'm gonna stop reading fanfiction for awhile until you've updated (if this isn't the end yet) because I may just have to keep comparing each fanfiction I read to this one and I doubt any would be up to par. Please email me with an answer on whether that last chapter was the ending. I hope to read from this and you very soon. And somehow, i feel like its not over yet. The little bit at the end where kagome and jak talk about what just happened was really funny though. I love this story and can't wait for your next update. Oddly, I never thought I'd read something as hc as this but then again...I thought the same thing with curse and LOVED it! So hurry with the next chapter, it's not nice to keep us waiting ;) ~Amber

OMG I'M SO F@#%ING HAPPY TO HAVE A COMPUTER BACK (ALMOST A HALF A YEAR WITHOUT IT) !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!! Okay, its obvious that everyone loves this story. I love this story and that's from someone who really needs to reread your COTD again. I kinda stopped halfway, cause your writing is this amazing roller coaster of emotional tidal waves and believable plot scenarios. Plus, its so refreshing to read someone who knows our generation. Our lingo. Our weird underground fetishses and what not. Or you're that f***king good of a writer. Tho, I'm thinking you're really experienced... I love how you've intro the d/s world into this story and OMG I can't wait to meet more of 'Jiro! Plus, I'm totally stoked in seeing the day after the night at the club. On a Shakespear rant, I loved the contrast to seeing Kagome going to Club of Illusions in the beginning (like she's in the throws of a fairy glammour and then again sans custome, completely disillusioned. She kinda reminds me of the character Helena from Midsummer. Of course, if I were to cast Inuyasha's part, he's the guy who turns into a horse's head - then again Puck was having an affair with Titania... Sorry, rambler. I actually played Helena in a Midsummer's production many years ago. But I definately like the Shakespear references and in an original story, like yours (even as a fanfic), you would get a solid "A" for accurate, quality quotes. Does that make sense? Anyway, wow, I ramble...WRITE MORE! I can so tell you're there! All I ask is the muse gives you the time/energy/space you'll need to keep plugging away. I would suggest more refs for your personal reading pleasure and if Shakespear is your bag, then might I add a suggestion of ref'ing Much Ado About Nothing or some 12th Night or maybe a little bit of the Merchant of Venice for classic plot devices? OR go to Rumiko Takahashi's stories (her other ones) from Rumic World? Or not. You're the creator. I'm just the reader here. Though I'm craving more. So don't let go, cause this story is glorious. Fabulous, really. And well, yeah. That's it. Thanks for reading and wow, I just hope you update soon. Thanks!

omg that was UHMAZING!!!!!!! so kagome isn't out of the crossfire is she i mean would bankotsu subccumb to public humiliation in fromt of all of his "people"? so to speak. and well if so then does that mean that she and inu r gonna start hooking up...the beans about him being sha are gonna spill arent they? omg and sesshie!!!! soo many loose ends left untied and too much time for you to tie them!!!!!!! *passes out from shock of realization*

Hot damn I love chapter 8 too. Second favourite I think! Though I am a little disappointed that beer pong wasn't actually featured...maybe you could toss some flip cup during a later chapter since it FAR surpasses beer pong on the scale of fun :) Amazing writing as always. Now that I've gone back and re-read from the beginning again I can really see how your characters have matured - especially Inuyasha, Kagome and Miroku. It's amazing what a tragedy can do to age someone. Fantastic work and marvellously funny!

Okay...so I started reading this story again from the beginning because I couldn't help myself. I just love it that much. I think I've decided that Chapter 6 may be my favourite light-hearted chapter. The line "like a fat kid on cake" gets me EVERY time. This really is a grand fic. I've never gone back to re-read one this many tmes before so that's definitely saying something :) Good luck with the new chapter!
