Oh, between the angst and cuddling, I'm a near-sobbing mess here. Gawd, it's all so...so...[sniff]...I dunno. DEEP? Those flashbacks were KILLING me while they were educating me. But, V's letting her guard down was expected in some instances and a little surprising in others. Suddenly so touchy-feely and poor Evan isn't even cognizant enough to appreciate a good chest snuggle--okay, I'll be good, I know he's MAJORLY preoccupied. Even his YV was quiet...go fig. But, it's chapters like this that make me misty in more ways than one. And, damn, Evan's guilt got to me. I'm so sad Miss is gonna die, too...

DIETER! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!! And I just finished sewing my Diet squishie, too! GAWD, Sue, ya KILLIN' me here! Oh and that talk Evan had with Miss...got me right in the throat and SQUEEZED!!!!!!!! Yes, I'm requesting it, Sue--I need a hug! GIMME!!! BUT, Evan's back (HUZZAH for V, poor baby...) and that glomp of hers was EPIC!!! I reread it numerous times, lemme tell ya! Oh, this CHAPTER, Sue! I...need a moment...and 47 seconds...

For Evan to have been there, to have seen that, and then to have turned to V for his comfort, for a safe haven in the storm...It says a lot for them both. The emotion is engaging, consuming, and you have me wanting for more.

I definetely just scared nearly everyone in my Journalism class considering I am now sobbing all over the keyboard for what appears to be no good reason, lol. Honestly, what Evan's going through...his pain is just so real. I really hope there's a way for him to come to terms with Diet's death. Somehow I just know he's blaming himself...

The last couple chapters have been fantastic. Such emotion and such sadness. I feel so bad for Evan and man poor dieter. I cant wait for the next chapter to see what happens, andi hope someone finds the gunman an puts him in his place Keep up the great work Sue.

I have no idea what to do with myself after that chapter. Poor Diet...and poor Miss. Yeah...what is she gonna do now? I'm so glad Evan's okay, but for Diet to be gone, it just doesn't seem right. Thanks for the new chapter.

Wow... I have to say you are outdoing yourself in this story. I thought Vendetta was powerful...but this just takes the cake. It's terrible that Dieter had to die. Dieter was such a sweetheart! I enjoyed reading his and Evan's escapades. He'll definitely be missed. I am so glad to hear that Evan is alright... but I hope the A-hole who shot him gets it good. Valerie must be happy that Evan's alive. I wonder how she is going to take the fact that Diet's dead... I know he rubbed off on her a little. Oh, quick question: Does Bas know that Evan is there? Is he being considerate and letting them have their moment of reconnection? Well I have to admit,once again, you made me tear up... I hope Miss and Daniel will be alright. I was Racking my BRAIN for days wondering how could EVAN escape or be "fixed" (Technical if it was just a bit over and if some doesn't die from the blood loss they could have it tied up to prevent more blood loss so they can heal but Youki...) Diet was a really cool character, even thought he was VERY very weird... Poor Miss and Daniel...
