Susan is going to turn into a problem, I can just tell. She keeps horning in on the guys who already have girls, and doesn't seem to care that she could be breaking up a good relationship. Fenn and Jen sound like an interesting couple, are they going to go the way of Inuyasha and Kagome? I am curious where this is going next and looking forward to the next update.

so happy she isn't going to let jealousy affect her anymore. susan doesn't even know about yash's true nature and doesn't have the history and bond she shares with him, so how could she be a threat? . . . wondering what mischief his youkai will be up to on the construction. ~ a pleasure, ginny

I like how Inuyasha is getting in touch with his youki and they don't all fall over themselves obeying him. This will give him the chance to have something to fight for and against. He would get bored if everyone fell right into line without having someone or something to fight. Susan looks like she is going to be a problem for the duo if they let her. It is good that Inuyasha is letting Kagome know that she is his number 1 girl in the way that he acts and what he says. He hopefully learned his lesson with Kikyou and won't repeat any of those mistakes. It will be fun to see what other curves Inuyasha and Kagome are thrown in this process.

Oh yes, K is fierce about her hanyou, but she'll get no grief about it from me! IY still has things to learn about this world, including relationships. But it's nice to see them working on it together, instead of running away. They've both grown up alot, and it shows.

somehow i don't think she'll want that either... 'girlfriend' would be good or 'life mate' would be an interesting way of putting it, it would sound like one of those regurgitated new millennium 'hippie' type things (my son and his friends think they're hippies, even the pot they smoke is organic, goes to grateful dead tribute concerts and sells crystals and tie-dye t-shirts, funniest thing ever *shakes head sadly*), like in the '60's when we were into not having to officiate our 'marriages'... free love and all that. . . i couldn't help but laugh at yash's claim he turns into a big dog spirit. . . as always a great chapter. ~ a pleasure as always, ginny

Poor Kagome she gets rid of Kikyo and now she has Susan to deal with. And poor Inuyasha, he really doesn't understand what Kagome is so upset about. He probably puts Susan into the same category as Sango, good friend but nothing more. I have a feeling that Inuyasha's decision there at the end is going to get Kagome upset with him too. He will probably say something to the wrong person and get even more confused when Kagome gets mad at him for that. I can't wait to see what happens next. Keep the good times going.

i do believe yasha and kagome set it up in sengoku before they left. they with kaede's help established the hanyou orphans from the island in different human villages, encouraged the continued interaction between the wolves with sango/miroku's offspring, suggested rin as miko to youkai and dropped the appropriate hints to kohaku and sesshoumaru. maybe since yash/kagome aren't over five hundred years old he couldn't suggest they had anything to do with the conception and fruition of the plan in japan without explaining time travel. ~ as always, delighted, ginny

one would expect sesshoumaru would even suspect that yasha's youkai would not respond to just any strange youkai, especially one who was accompanying noisy humans. his brother may have gone there to stop construction or deforestation. one doesn't know his intentions until one asks. is sesshoumaru trustworthy, after all it was his idea yash became youkai lord in that region. . . happy kitsune child has a name, touching. too bad they couldn't look up and see if any of their youkai friends survived: shippo, kouga, etc. ~ delighted, ginny

It is great that Inuyasha is finding out what happened to HIS youki. I can't wait to see him tear into Sesshomaru for his interference and for his arrogance for ignoring the lower youki in the woods. I would like to see some Kagome/Inuyasha time without interference when you can fit it in. They need some quality alone time together without having to worry about others. I am curious as to how everything is going to work out for Inuyasha and the American youki. I also can't wait to see how Sesshomaru reacts when he finds out Inuyasha can transform. Keep up the good work.

Nice continuation of the story. I liked how you started building the tension and problems right away. Sesshomaru was certainly acting his usual arrogant self by not informing Inuyasha about his meetings with Inuyasha's youki. It will be interesting to see Inuyasha's reaction along with Nokio 's reaction to the miko garb. I am curious as to what is going to go on now.

i get all emotional when a story i love ends, they i'm all overjoyed when there's a sequel or continuation... so happy you are continuing. . . one wonders just who survived into the present and if yash and kagome will be going back to sengoku. . . i am disappointed that these aren't getting more recognition. ~ delighted you're continuing, ginny
