Absolutely, beautiful! I cried towards the end, it just felt so right at that moment in time for him to say that to her! "I love her, she is my sun, my moon, my stars, without her I am nothing. I am lost. How many years has it been…fifteen…twenty?" -Tears literally started, that was breathtakingly beautiful! I really hope you come back to fandom one day and finish your other stories! |

I love it!!!! Lately (about 3 months), i've beenlooking for B/V romance fic, that involve their kid in warm family way, while it's still contain B/V lemony things. On top of that, Vegeta must be in his character and kind with his family in his own way. This fic it's fulfill all of my criteria. There's B/V lemony, Vegeta is not OOC, and there is a warm family and friend. And no, i don't think Vegeta affection here is OOC, even with him spoiled Bra. It's really still Vegeta and i can imagine that, most probably because you told the flashback so unbelievable good. And Vegeta here still have his pride. Love it so much. I don't normally read a fanfic if it is written in first person. I don't know why, I just HATE them. Anyway, I started this one and before I could hit the 'back' button, I was transfixed!!! This story is SO good. And it is the best writing for Vegeta that I have seen in a V/B get-together kind of fic. Very nice. Fits around the actual DBZ story very well. I loved it. Hey BS, please tell me why I've never read this story before!?! It was beautiful darlin' just beautiful. The whole story flowed very well, which can be difficult in a fic spanning so many years. I congratualte you for it. I also liked the way Vegeta annecdoted the whole get-together. There were a few small tense issues here and there but other than that, it was a very enjoyable read. I feel all soppy and mushy inside now. Thank you for writing such an entertaining story.

I read this a while back when I wasn't reviewing (bad debbiechan) but I enjoyed it so much then and I enjoyed it again this afternoon (I decided to reread it before reviewing once you mentioned it on QueenSaiyajin's list!) Veg isn't OOC at all in this--the softness and vulnerability is internal monologue and any softer action is post-Buu so I think your characterization is just swell! I'm a sucker for canon timeline fics that reveal some of the unseen emotional goings-on, and this fic was a delight in that respect. A real treat for a diehard B/Vshipper. Will review yr yaoi later--I know I've read some before! Must refresh the old brain here (lol--you know how that is now that you're an old lady too.... JUST JOKING!) see ya at the Salon debbiechan
