Poor Inuyasha, I hope he finds a happy medium somewhere. Thanks for the Miroku/Sango interlude, they always make me smile. Back to the dog I love to hate, did Katosan have a thing with Aya? Does he still have the hots for her? Does she really want him, or is she just manipulating Katosan to try and win back Sesshomaru? By the way, Shippou calling Kagome a wench had to have been the funniest thing so far!

Interestingly, most of the `suggestions', which actually came more as `threats' (as in, "You MUST do a lemon or I'll stop reading your fic") came via email, and have been coming in amounts that have become a little tedious. I just went back an read that and have to say that I am surprised you are taking it as calmly as you are then. That would really get me irritated. I think the most frustrating part is that it seems like you put a lot into your stories and then to have people belittle it because you don't add smut?! Keh! (*sigh Inu Yasha has an influence on me) I am surprised and thrilled that you have continued to write regardless of their assinine behavior. Take care of yourself and so your best to ignore the rude, perverted, idiots of this world.

'That-Doesn't-Even-Deserve-An-Answer' - My new favorite look! hmmm... could the fang Sir Fluff-a-lot (aka Sesshy) took possibly remedy the human/hanyou age problem?? Not gonna tell? *sigh* Can't blame me for trying! Oh and I have to say that it was awfully brave for Inu Yasha to err ... show off in cold water - doesn't that have a *cough* diminishing effect to a man's "grandeur". *grin* Hope you feel better! You are at least not allowed to die until you finish the story ;)

Damn. I thought he would've at least dunk her under water. LOL. Yea, Sesshoumaru is really absent from these few chapters. Not that I'm complaining or anything. I'm more for InuYasha than for Fluffy. So is InuYasha considering using the Shikon jewel to make Kagome live longer? Or he live as long as Kagome??

Inuyasha plays just as dirty as Kagome........shame on him. He also isn't very smart, cold water work to his advantage at all, but i guess he got what he wanted...Kagome blushing over him. Makes him feel special that he's desirable huh? Well sorry to say but i like his brother better...even if i'll never see sesshoumaru naked or even half naked..........the guy never takes off his clothes!!!!!grrrr!Oh well nice to dream...Great chapter, more angst, bring it on!!!! Hope you feel better, i know what its like to have a stomach flu...always puking...its just not fun.

Loved the trick Inuyasha played in the river. What I wouldn't do to see that with my own eyes. Heh. He was so sweet to notice her shivering and not pull her into the water. Way to go Inuyasha! Looks like everyone's weighing in on the lemon issue so I'll put in my two worthless cents. I happen to love lemons but am perfectly content to wait for them. The stories where it's either all about the smut or there's never going to be any smut are not as compelling as the type of story you are creating. In this story you are building up good, honest tension and the lemon, when it comes, will be even more wonderful because we've waited so long and have really grown to love the characters you've written. I'm having a great time reading your work! Ignore the bossy people. No, not me. Them. Sigh. Oh, if we get to vote on the defiling (and I know we don't )I'd like to see Kagome take advantage of Inuyasha. He's been sooo good, in control, and responsible, it'd be fun to see Kagome have her way in the relationship. Just a thought. I will, of course, love whatever you decide to write. It is, after all, your story. Yours, all yours, all yours!

Oh God, the stomach flu??? Please don't push yourself to get these chapters up. I know what it's like to have it. I get it every Christmas. I swear it's the holiday season that gets me sick every year! You need your rest, so get it. And the lemon thing...I think I like how you keep us thinking that there's gonna be one, but there never is. It makes us squirm. LOL. Your story is fine the way it is. Keep it that way, that is if you want to. =D

Poor Sue. Stomach flu. That's the worst! Hope you're feeling better. I'm impressed you can write at all under the circumstances. How did Inuyasha get to be so good at checkers? Has Kagome taught him an other games? Hmm, that Twister game might be nice... ;-)

You're such a cool person. I never update, but you do even when you're sick. Major props!! Hehe. Anyhoo, this was another great chapter. So...that was the proposal...kinda...right? And poor InuYasha, digging his claws into his hand. He's so much more of a gentleman than my boyfriend is. Don't worry about writing lemons, there's a time and a place in a story for 'em and it wouldn't be tasteful to have Kagome and InuYasha just going at it. I think you're doing just fine, you get two thumbs up!
