Long before the birth of the Shikon no Tama, Youkai ruled Japan. Among the most powerful was the legendary Inu no Taishou, father of InuYasha and Sesshoumaru, and ruler of the great dog youkai. He wasn't always a ledged, but has been destined to achieve great things... This is his story.
Disclaimers: I refer to him as “Touga” through this story. I know it is not his name, but with many of the events taking place in the earlier parts of this fan fiction before he was labeled as Leader of the Dogs (Inu no Taishou), I needed something to call him. Also, I used the JEDI to come up with most of the names in this fiction, if they are used wrongly, please say so (politely).
