She prefers to observe human activity from the shadows, but will occasionally offer a comment, or smite the wicked, or dispense plush toys and painkillers. August enjoys war-inspired English literature, such as that of the Lost Generation, Mervyn Peake, or Tolkien. She is a great fan of film, avid artist, and loyal friend. She is also completely insane.
