My family agrees with you, I do read too much. If you knew how long it took me to read most of them you would be surprised. Ex: The Lord of the Rings Trilogy (the whole entire three books) in 17 days. Yea, it's insane. :)

1. Using the original Japanese names for things when they've already been subbed. It does not make you cool, it makes you 1337ist, and causes confusion.
2. Inserting random Japanese into fics, because it sounds 'cool'. It makes more confusion, and suddenly you loose half your readers when a conversation is carried out that they don't understand.
3. Self Inserts. Specifically, Mary-Sue/Gary-Stu inserts. Get over yourself, I don't want to read about your hormonal driven fantasies online.
4. Nonsensical flames. I haven't been subjected to one, but really, how does it help if you're flaming with '7h15 15 t3h 5U)(orz!'?

Work in progress- InuYasha fanfiction
Title: Allusive Illusions (It sounded cool but it'll probably change unless I find a way to make it fit the story. lol)
Summary: (Subject to change but this is what I have so far)
Naraku captures the collective groups of InuYasha and Sesshoumaru. He finds a different way to hold his biggest threats - and potential threats - captive, with little chance of escape.
Yea, that's all I have. I was going to add more but I couldn't get it to sound right. lol!
