Dear Boys revolves around a five-player basketball team.

Formerly one of the most popular sports in the school, an act of violence robs the team of its former glory. In spite of the difficulties, however, the boys learn to overcome their past and play the basketball that they've always longed to. With only one year left to go, will the boys be able to reach their goal of winning the interhigh?
