A Sesshomaru and Rin moment from one of my fanfics. My first time drawing Rin. I don't own the characters (Takahashi does!), but enjoy the snippet of story that goes with it: "There is no need to speak the obvious," Sesshomaru said, then turned and walked back to the child watching him. He looked down at her, took the flowers she was holding out, glancing at them as though they were an annoyance, and then, to Miroku's immense surprise, he tucked one behind her ear. She grinned up at him, even as he reached back and used his claws to remove the careful pattern she had woven into his long hair. Little pink flowers fell to the ground, not a single one damaged by the deadly fingernails. Rin scooped them off the ground and looked at them, then threw them in the air, stuck her arms out and spun in a circle as they fell around her, some floating to lodge themselves back in Sesshomaru's hair. He didn't seem to notice. |
