Artist's Commentary
This is a piece of fan art I'm working on, dedicated to Doormouse and her wonderful fan fic entitled "The Watchman". (Which can be found on fanfiction.net, here's the link: http://www.fanfiction.net/s/3113114/1/) This is an outstanding movie-based fic that I couldn't put down. I'd tell you about it, but I don't want to give away the storyline. The scene depicted in this is at the "trial" at the climax of the story, and yes, that's Lydia he's holding. I love how well I got BJ down, but I'm also irritated with how I've got Lydia positioned. BTW - please ignore the discoloration on the right. Apparently they had just applied some wood varnish on the booths on campus and I picked up a little on my hand when I was drawing in the OU student union. *grumbling and swearing* Anyway... I hope you all like it (I'll probably replace this once I finish it and post the final piece). Love ya! Please review! |
