Kikaider 009 - Chapter 1
It was raining. On a road through a forest, a single light shone. the light was from a
yellow motorcycle with a sidecar. On the motorcycle rode a teenage boy. He was wearing a light
blue jacket and pants, as well as a white shirt. The jacket sleeves and pant legs had segmented
yellow stripes running down the sides. The jacked had big yellow studs on the shoulders. He was
also wearing goggles, and had a red gituar on his back. His name was Jiro.
His other name was Kikaider.
Jiro sighed to himself. Now that DARK and SHADOW were finshed, Hakaider and the
Apocalypse Lord destroyed, and the Submission Circut balancing his Gemini, mabye now he could
finally relax some. But first, he needed to get out of this rain. He saw a fair sized house up ahead,
and decided to ask the owner wether he could stay until the rain let up. Jiro rode his bike up the
driveway and up to the front door.

"Did you hear that?" said a teenage boy with brown hair.
"Yes, I did," Replied an old man with a huge nose, "003, can you tell what it is?"
"It's a motorcycle," replied a young woman with light blonde hair, "And it's at the door."
"It seems we have another visitor then," said another old man "I should go get the door."
"Professor Kuzumi," said the first boy, "I'll go get it, you stay here."
"Alright 009," Kuzumi replied, "Do as you wish."
009 walked to the door and opened it. There was a boy with brown hair who looked like
he was about his age standing on the porch. He was strangely dressed, and had a red gituar on his
back.
"Can I help you?" Asked 009 suspiciously.
"My name is Jiro," the boy said "And I was wondering if I could stay here untill the rain stopped."
"Alright," 009 said, "My name is 009, come on in."

Jiro found himself taking a liking to the occupents of the house over the next few hours.
002 had an attitude that reminded Jiro of Ichiro. 003 was caring, although quiet at times. 004
was one of the "strong, silent types" rather like Kikaider 00. 005 was even quieter. The eccenteric
chef 006 was likeable, although probably insane. 007 was overly mellowdramatic pretty much
always. 008 was another quiet one. 009 reminded Jiro of himself somewhat.
Almost too quickly, the rain stopped, and Jiro left with a few goodbyes, and fond farewells.
He hadn't been going for more then five minutes when he heard an explosion by the side of the road.
He stopped, and saw a pair of almost translucent blue figures, one with a red vest, the other with a
blue one. They were talking to a number of red-clad forns in a smoking crater, that Jiro recognized
as his friends. The blue figure was talking.
"You thought you could defeat me by dragging me underwater, huh? to bad for you 0010+ was here!"
"That's right, you can't defeat both plus and minus, cyborgs!" said the red one.
Jiro had no idea why 0010+ had called his friends cyborgs, but the were hurting them, so he
decided he would fight. He jumped off the ledge, and onto the battlefield. The 0010 cyborgs heard
him.
"What's this?" said Plus, "we have an intruder!"
"I'll get rid of him." said Minus.
"Jiro, run" yelled 003, "You don't know what your dealing with!"
"All I need to know is that they're hurting my friends." replied Jiro
"Touching," said Minus, "But know you die!"
With that, he dissapeared. At least to a human. Not to Jiro. Minus luanched a powerful kick
from his accelerator mode, which Jiro blocked easily. A collective "WHAT??" went up from everyone
but Jiro, which was doubled when Jiro's fist collided with Minus's face with enough force to send him
flying into a wall.
"What's going on?" exclaimed 009, "Is he a cyborg to?"
"Pretty good, boy." said Minus
"But you still dont have the power to defeat us!" said Plus
"You haven't seen real power yet." replied Jiro.
Jiro slammed his fists aganst his shoulders, and a transformation started.
