This shouldn’t have happened. Really, it shouldn’t have happened. No one can sum up the how in words. The same went for the why. Such darkness only added to the tragic chaos. It didn’t even have a name. The origin baffled everyone. Maybe, it can explain itself better.

I have no name. I have no origin. I prey upon the living. I have no real reasons; it’s just habit. I hunt, kill, and hunt again. I can’t change my nature.
The hunt calls my name again and I must obey. Their lives leak into my body. I can’t resist the scent as impulse runs my very being. They scream for me.
I am coming! I am coming! However, I cannot hunt as I am now. My current form won’t allow me to take in my kill. Yes, I need a stronger body to house me. I must act now or lose very being.
Lucky for me, it doesn’t take me long to find the perfect host. I can smell his body from where I am. Oh yes, the scent overpowers me. I… I… I can’t hold on any longer!
I begin my descent for the hunt.
